Lindsay Lohan is doing time — at the American Red Cross.
The actress, 21, kicked off her 10-day community service stint around noon Monday, working about seven hours at the L.A.-area facility.
Lohan agreed to community service, in lieu of two days behind bars, as part of a plea deal she made in August for her two DUI arrests.
She still must serve one day in jail, and complete all her community service, by January 18. She was also ordered to attend an 18-month alcohol education program during her three-year probation.
Lohan has certainly been keeping busy post-rehab: She has been taking classes at North Hollywood’s Millenium Dance Complex for her role in the dance flick Dare To Love Me.

im so glad she is doing well still. Hope she keeps it up. To the person saying only 10 days must not know anything about the law. People with two DUI's have done a lot less than she has so far.

I just want to know when she is going to realize she looks better as a redhead? Thats whats set her aside from all the other washed out bottle blonds in Hollywood. She looks like sh!t as a wannabe blond. You can tell its taking its toll...her hair looks like straw. I dont want to even know how much her salon bill is every month to keep it from falling out!!

The court system gives you a choice of where you will volunteer at. And its in the community in which you committed the offense
