Lo is such a jerk. She thinks she is much better than she is. What a waste of time for her to be on TV. She's no fun to look at not to mention her personality is about as exciting as watching a pile of rocks.
She tries to crack jokes that are so stupid I have to roll my eyes. Uuugh Lo since you have no looks, no personality at least have a heart.

UCLA is a hard school to get into. I knew people who graduated top of their class in high school and couldn't get into UCLA. I'll give her props for pursuing her education, but it doesn't change my mind about her. Even with the 1st season of Laguna Beach, she always came off as b!tchy and snooty.

Look at it this way, she has a college degree, so not totally useless.

Vapid and Irresponsible. I worked my way through and graduated from UCLA in less then "3" years carrying no less then 2 jobs, one full time the entire time. She is a waste of space. What is her goal now? Professional tanning. What a idiot. Art history is a major for future trophy wives, nothing more. Waste of space this one is.

Wow, so many "enthusiastic" comments from people who have never met this girl,(aside from possibly the fellow Bruin who "heard she was chill"), and truly only "know" her from what they read in the press (we all know the degree of journalistic accuracy there) OR what they have seen on a contrived, highly edited reality TV show. Can anyone give her credit for graduating in four years (not all that typical these day) from a consistently ranked top 25 University? Since when is it a crime to take a little time off after graduation. As I remember it, many in my generation trekked off to backpack around Europe before settling down to lifelong careers. And again, how many of us work in the exact field from which we earned a degree? The kid has repeatedly expressed a passion for the fashion industry. Aren't we always telling them to persue their dreams? Seems not such a stretch anyway - fashion IS art.
Give the kid a break - better yet congratulate her. She's bright, articulate, attractive, discreet yet honest. Heck, she should run for public office! J/K
Lastly, stop kevitching about what a waste the show is and how these kids are all spoiled brats. Yes, some (not all) come from privileged backgrounds which makes them neither vapid nor irresponsible. Tell me this - if,at 17, you were handed a contract to be on a fun TV show with your HS buddies to just be yourselves and get paid-you'd turn that down, right?

I love how she thinks she would actually be able to have her "own show", Forgive me if I am wrong, but isn't the only reason she is "famous" due to the fact she is friends with (also undeserving of her own show) Lauren? I hate to sound trite, but there are far too many undiscovered, talented individuals who deserve to be in their spot instead.

I just graduated from UCLA. I always saw her around and heard she was actually pretty chill. She also comes off as pretty smart. I really don't have anything negative to say about her. But I'm glad to know I'm not the only recent college grad who doesn't have a job. GO BRUINS!!!

Lo deserves to relax by the pool, because she worked hard to get her Degree from UCLA in art history! It's totally cool that her boyfriend won't be on season 4 because of his job in finance, but congrats on the new boyfriend, Lo, etc.

I really like this girl. She is the most decent girl on the show. She is a straight talker and honest person. As for Audrina Patridge, I do not trust this girl. She is very phony and shady. Lauren Conrad is a drama queen on the show. For Heidi is a dumb girl from the mountain and there is not much to say about that no talent girl, but Lo is a special one in my opinion. She speaks what she thinks and she thinks before she talks. That’s a very good quality in a person.

A lot of people get degrees then decided to do something complete different. Or they do something in the field of their degree and it doesn't make them happy so they switch careers later in life. She is no different from so many others. Like someone else said, she is one of the few who were on Laguna Beach or The Hills to take a few years off and go to school. She didn't do any reality show while in college. Give her some credit. I don't get why so many people dislike her... She hasn't really done anything wrong...
