When Michael Lohan saw pictures of his daughter Lindsay Lohan passed out in a car, he immediately thought the worst. Now, with
Us: Are you relieved to hear she's checked into Promises, a respectable treatment center?
Michael Lohan: I'm glad she's there and trying to get help. I hope she stays away from Samantha Ronson and all the people who have been negative influences. That includes the bodyguard, the assistants.... Lindsay needs to clean house. She needs to get God back in her life and put her family in her life. She's gotta start all over again from where she started when she was at her best.
Us: Is Lindsay religious?
ML: I wouldn't say religious. I'd say faithful. She believes in God.
Us: How did you find out she was in rehab? Did your ex-wife Dina call or someone from her camp?
ML: No. There was speculation, but I haven't heard from Dina. I'm still trying to arrange a sit down. I've put the past behind me.
Us: Why do you think no one from Lindsay’s camp called you?
ML: They're afraid of my relationship with Lindsay. You see, this is the problem. Unless they start [including me], Lindsay is never going to get better.
Us: Have you spoken to your probation officer about going to Promises yet?
ML: I'm talking to them tomorrow.

This photo of Lindsay is the only one I think she looks really good in. For ones the blond hair actually looks good on her. She must have finally fired the stylist that gave her a bad bleach job the last time.
Her mother Dina only sees her daughter as a dollar sign. Its sad that she uses the excuse of alcoholism for not having a relationship with her father when she's the one with the obvious problem.....

Lindsay's problem isn't drink. It's COCAINE. Lots and lots of cocaine. She uses up to 3 grams a day and can't get off the train once she starts... Booze has nothing to do with it. It's FAR worse than that.

Didn't the dad just get out of jail? I think they are divorced and there is a restraining order. Her mom looks strung out all of the time and makes excuses for Lindsay. I love when she was hospitalized for a "severe asthma attack". Her mom says she's just a typical twenty year old. Hello, most twenty year olds can't get into 21 and over clubs and get filmed snorting coke. That picture of her passed out is horrible, her mom will probably say she is suffering from "exhaustion".
