Lynn Spears and her girls are the perfect example of what happens when the children of pushy stage moms get older and begin to make their own decisions. Lynn Spears got so caught up in being a manager for her daughters that she forgot (or never learned) how to be a PARENT.

What kind of parent would want to make a profit by airing out their families dirty laundry to a TABLOID? What kind of parent would media bleep out their children and then stand back and say "oh dear... poor me.. what went wrong?" Perhaps the kind of parent who would encourage their teenage daughter to pose half nude for rolling stone.Or maybe the parent who lets their sixteen year old daughter live with the boyfriend du jour. It seems to me that Lynne Spears should step back and look at her children as people who need direction and discipline and a PARENT!, not a friend, instead of sex selling dollar signs. The people who do have influence on these two girls are paid to promote and of course they'll see both girls as profit. Come on Lynne, you idiot! It is not up to managers and staff and what not to raise your children. Maybe that was your mistake. You passed your mistakes to money grubbing pigs who made your mistakes bigger.And for what?? a big house? a nice car? Ha! Everyone knows it was not your cash that bought that crap. Jamie Lynn never wanted to be a star, but the truth is, she is so excellent that she is a great celeb listed at the celeb club millionairecupid.com. I saw her nice profile and albums posted there. She is very popular there.

I would never want my child to live like the Spears girls do but I'm sure she didn't force them. She is obviously not the best mother but it's not her fault alone that her 16 y.o. daughter is having a baby. It only takes one unprotected mistake to happen and even if you give your child the most strick rules and keep a watchful eye on them it could still happen. It could happen to any mother.
As for the comment about her being the only one inher hometown driving a Land Rover, well if I had as much money as her girls, my mom would be driving one too!!!!

Dont just put all the blame on the mom. Both of these girls have to accept some sort of responsiblity for their lives. Brittney is over 21, divorced with 2 children. She is in total control of her facalties and understands that for every action there is a reaction. Poor Jaimelynn is just beginning her life. She has a popular show on NICK which has a target range of 9-14yr olds, she's 16 and is not at the point where she can make any important financial or managerial decisions without her mother. So what does that tell you? Honestly, I dont think their mother has or had that much control on these girls.
I'm not an entertainer, rich(by any means) or in the spot light, but when I was 16, my mom didnt let me do anything without her knowing about it. If she didnt like something I said, did or wanted to go, I knew about it.
Maybe the problem is that this mother is not taking an active and effective part in her childrens lives. So it may seem as though she (lynn spears) is "using them as piggybanks". Cause deep down inside, this is a life she could never have. Good luck to you both, Brittney-I hope you grow up and get your act together to get your kids back and Jaimelynn, you now have to grow up sooner than you would like too and hopefully you will learn from both your sister and your mother what not to do and how not to be. Look, Jamie messed up like hundreds of other girls out here (I am not saying it is ok). HOWEVER, she was a role model to some kids and I dont think she or her crazy mom needs to exploit her pregnancy. I have had to explain to my 12 year old what happened to Jamie and frankly, I was pissed that once again I had to explain why another "role model" screwed up. Too many lives are being produced because sex is so casual now a days. Dont get me wrong, I am no prude and I was a teen age mother, but it is not ok. No matter if you have money or not, the lives of both mother and child are forever changed. Now Jamie will be classified sleezy and her poor unborn kid will be classifed as trouble. The kids that are born of two married adult parents are glorified (Suri, Apple, etc.) the kids who are born of unwed parents or parents that dont have it together are never glorified (Brits two boys, I have never seen them on Hollywoods cutest babies list). Hollywood is a scary place and these poor kids (Brits and Jamies) are going to need a lot of help to survive the crap that there mothers delt to them. I hope that Nick fires Jamie from Zoey because I dont think our kids should watch a kid show about a pregnant teen. I also think that Hollywood is to blaim for these wild childs.

I disagree with what Jamie Lynn did. Especially without protection. I respected her and thought she would be the more sane child in the family.I will respect her more if she has the baby and still makes a comeback. There is no need to waste good talent. Would people really care for more than a minute if she wasn't famous? Just get over it. Everyone knows about it.. so let it be!

for one thing everybody going off because she is no longer role model is kinda harsh. what you see on tv isnt reality no matter how close the issues discused are to reality, and to me a role model doesnt always make great wholesome decisions, but instead is able to make a bad decision into learning experience. im not suggesting it but what i am saying is that if you do end up this way dont give up. make something of it. learn from it. besides bad parenting mustnhave had something to do with this.

I would hardly call 18-19 an adult. Maybe legally, but y do u think they're not supposed to drink? Because they are still to immature to handle it. He's only got like 2 or 3 years on her...that's so not enough to put him in jail...besides, i don't care what anyone says, shes 16 and that's old enough to know the consequences of ur actions. Parents Who knowingly let there CHILD move in with an 18yr old adult to engage in an adult sex life, should have the "ok what about birth control talk???" I mean come on people this is why they invented birth control (pills,patches,shots,condems take your choice).....TO STOP TEEN PREGNACY. I just read an article about middle school aged kids having oral sex on school buses...Our kids are simply over sexed by the media. I see girls 11-13 with push up bra's, what do they have to push up at that age? Her own mom helped create this "13 is the new 16" with her first daughter wearing next to nothing, songs about teen sex, racy videos and I am naive come hither and teach me about sex photos. I have often wondered why, if these girls target audiences is teen GIRLS why do they push the "sex sells" image? $$$$ You reap what you sow Lynne Spears! And your crop has come in! Side note: Anyone ever think she just wanted a quick way to get out of being another train wreck like her sister???
