Mandy & DJ A.M.: Dating!

 Flynet New Year, new love! Mandy Moore, 22, and Adam “DJ A.M.” Goldstein, 33, got cozy January 6 at a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in L.A. “She had a huge smile on her face,” says an eyewitness. “When they left, they put their arms around each other.” Moving fast? Maybe. This was at least the fourth outing in a week for the pair, who exchanged numbers in Miami Beach over New Year’s weekend, and then met up in L.A. days later for a trip to Moore’s recording studio (where she played tracks from her next CD). And what about Moore’s ex Wilmer Valderrama, with whom she hung out during her New Year’s trip? “Even though she was with Wilmer in Miami, she and DJ made plans,” says a source close to Goldstein. “They are seeing where it goes.” Goldstein’s rep had no comment. Adam is a nice guy. He is also a sober, workaholic, perfectionist..He built his skills as a DJ long before "dating" any celebs...I also seem to recal that there was more to his previous "celeb" relationship than dating...He WAS engaged for a bit...I also believe he is still friends with his ex...In all honesty, I have seen any number of women throw themselves at him....Mandy Moore does not surprise me at all...AND she is probably having a blast with him.

I thought Mandy Moore has better taste than that. He may be successful financially, but she doesnt need that. She needs a decent guy that isnt just trying to get laid. And honestly he seems like that type of guy. I dont think they'll last, but hey hes better off with her than with Nicole, maybe she'll be good influence on him.

Why do these hollywood females play musical chairs with the men..They pass them around like its nothing..Aren't there other guys out there...Do they have to be with a used guy..A guy that the other one had..Its getting rather disgusting...The guy doesn't have to be in show business..There are tons of men on earth..These guys that are dating..Paris,Nicole, Lindsay, Britney, etc etc..are turning into recyclables..Its just plain nasty...

hmmm i dont know if anyone knows any history on AM,
but A) he is sober for years now, and B) he has been a succesful DJ for over 10 years--- that would in fact make him MORE famous than Richie. She is some rich celebs daughter that hangs on Paris and got lots of attention for an eating disorder! This GUy is a WORKER, and he is DJ-ing every single night practically-- he is also a VERY nice guy as Ive had the pleasure of meeting him a few times out and about--- he does not do stupid bleep and really doesnt get much bleepty press- only his gf's do--- i think richie and moore are the losers here-- i mean Wilmer goes on a show and talks about intimate details with Mandy- which is SO de-classe, and then she hangs out with him again in MIami! TRASHY!
AM needs to dump both the hos and date someone out of the scene. these girls are tired.--- --- maybe hes just dating???

Didn't US have an article a week or two ago about DJ AM not getting enough attention and asked someone to set him up with another star. He hasn't been booked or making enough money since he and Nicole split. I hope poor Mandy isn't his meal ticket miss.

melanie, I agree with you about those spam posts...it's yet another good reason why US should make people register if they want to post msgs, in my opinion...it would definitely put an end to all those msgs and would alleviate a lot of other issues that have popped up from time to time.

I don't see why it would be an issue to spend a lot of time together as a new couple. if they like each other, the pair will want to be together. It's really not a big deal. if they are dating, well, then, good luck to them!

This may sound mean, but Mandy is so pretty that can do SO much better than Nicole Richie's ex! She also could've done better than Zach Braff when she was him as well. Perhaps she likes the nerdy underdog type.

If it wasn't for Nicole Richie we wouldn't know him. All that matters is that DJ A.M makes Mandy happy. Looks shouldn't be the reason why people date. At least Mandy is a class act and doesn't act like a fool in public. Can't say the same for clueless Britney Spears.

Oh and to answer the question above. I think it's VERY normal for people to go out 4 days in one week, in the beginning of a relationship... you have to get to know someone, DUH! Especially if you both REALLY like each other!
