Yeah that was a lil strange when she did that LOL!!! but i LOVE her dolls!!!

can someone tell me, (its been driving me crazy) but I am sure her and Donny did this on the Donny and MArie show and looke the same, I ams ure of it, I was quite young but I am form Canada, and we didn't a lot of choice (one channel lol and im 38 not 60) they came on after the Irish Rovers

I love Marie, I really do, but when she came out in the "Doll attire", I was shocked. I thought she had lost her mind. I wish she had stuck with her original plan for the Slinky, Sexy outfit. Maybe she would have gotten the trophy. I took it real personal that she may have ruined her chances on purpose. I wish the week could be turned around and everyone could do thier dances again, especially Marie. I guarentee she would not have chosen to do the "Doll Routine".

I've been a huge Osmond fan for years.

Kudos to Marie for giving it her all these past weeks. She is a lot of fun to watch and she has great spirit. I know I couldn't have done it!

That being said, I was REALLY surprised by her doll number. I know she is a doll maker, but she was in a dancing competition! That number was mostly doll acting. It could have been so much better if she came to life much earlier and DANCED. (I would have gone with Aerosmith's "Rag Doll" song, which has a better beat, but that would have been against her image and beliefs.)

As I watched it, I was actually embarrassed for her and her partner, and I couldn't wait for the number to end. It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

I got the feeling she was intentionally throwing the competition. Was she afraid she would win because so many people like her and she is more popular than the other two candidates? I know as much as I like her, I couldn't in good conscience vote for her after that number.

Either that or she felt she was going to lose and did what she thought would please her fans.

It just felt SO wrong...

Marie Osmond is a genius. She's quite talented, even if her dancing was not up to par. Those of you who shoot her down and her religion are just ignorant and show your prejudice. The woman has been through a lot in her life and is not afraid to share her scars. She has also, unlike other selfish stars, given a great deal back to society by being the founder of the Children's Miracle Network. She's humble, sweet, funny and an inspiration to the rest of us. Those of you who inexplicably pour venom on poor Marie must have some other issues yourselves. Only people with unhappy lives project that kind of desperate negativity toward another human being. I say, way to go girl. You are way smarter than everyone makes you out to be, Marie!

Marie Osmond is a marketing genius. I wonder how many people have looked at her adorable dolls since she did her doll dance on stage in front of millions. How many now know she creates dolls and has a darling doll business? How many will remember and buy one of her dolls now? She's genius!

I dont know what kind of person she is - that "family show dress" comment was a bit of cheap - but I think it was a cute, fruitcake dress. She did not came to the stage as dressed of some sleazy bad taste T-shirt, it was just a dress. And why this weight obsession? She is not fat, she is normal-weighed. She is not porn star, who needs "perfect", sexy and fat-free body, she is a doll-maker. Thats all.

I was shocked to see her come out in the outfit and even more shocked to watch the performance. Many of us have great business but we don't dress up like what we do, that was just plain weird and creepy.

I happen to have known the speers in NYC, first of all she did not go to the professional chilrens school near lincoln center. she went to the professional school in midtown. she hardly went to school and her mother enrolled her into a cheap homeschool program. she was an understudy for her off broadway show and performed only one time. her life has been screwed up by her mother, and yes she was a lovely child and always wanted to please her mother. her dad was a real screw up, even when they stayed in a walk up in nyc

Sounds as if everyone ,ight be a little upset that THEIR favorite might have been voted off or is ready. Give her some credit for attempting to do and accomplish what she has done. She is popular, and entertaining, obviously not the best dancer, but this is AMERICA and thar usually means POPULAR and entertaining and not nercessarily the one with the BEST two feet. Swallow your sarcism, and get over it.

Marie is such a big mouth. I hate hearing about all her problems. Like we all don't have problems. Even though she may love all her kids the same, gimme break she only gave birth to three of them, so her body doesn't look like that from having eight kids. I wish some of the celebrities or judges would have the nerve to tell her how they really feel about her. I know they can't but I would love to know what's in their heads. She is so annoying as is her whiny brother!

I am a huge Osmond fan and I have to say that Marie does not deserve to win. She is definately only getting by because of her and her brothers fans. Her freestyle dance was quite an embarrasement to her and her family. (If you taped it just rewind and look at her family's faces) Not sure what she was thinking but that was no way to show off what she learned in the past 10 weeks...it only showed what she hasn't learned and that is how to dance. Sorry Marie, you do not deserve to win this "dance, not a popularity vote" contest. Trophy should go to Helio! By the way, the note states that inappropriate comments will be deleted...most of the comments I have read are very inappropriate which tells me these postings are not being monitored....

Keep your religion bashing to yourself. If you knew anything about "Mormons" you would know they are better educated (especially the women!), healthier, lower divorce rate, lower substance abuse, lower STDs, etc...than the rest of the country. Marie is annoying because she is an incredibly obnoxious person, NOT because she is Mormon!
