I just saw Mark on "Top Gear". Someone asked if he knew Tom Cruise and Mark said "Don't know him". The host said "You don't know Tom Cruise?" and Mark responded "No man.. We go to different churches.". The host said "Different churches eh?" and Mark " I go to the one with Jesus...".

What a great interaction to observe. It was clearly not like something he planned to say. It was obviously a very natural response.

As for his not being married to the mother of his children being 'hypocritical', I think not so much 'hypocritical' as the human nature vs. the Will of God....nobody does everything 'right' and before we start pointing fingers at someone else's wrongs we need to be clear ours are all sorted. Mine aren't. So how could I take him to task for his choice? Yeah ok sure the Bible says its wrong. So are a lot of things. When I dont do any of those things then I'll ring Mark up and admonish him.

Seeing him in this interaction on Top Gear has just totally made my day. He did not deny the Gospel ...the Bible says a lot about that. Good going Mark!

Why are we so stupid in the US? Oil is going to hit $200 a barrel. Gasoline will hit $8 a gallon. Our economy is going down. Jobs will be lost. Inflation will set in. Everything will cost more. First of all I love Mark Wahlberg, but this interview confuses me. I saw a commercial for the movie & it said that this is M. Night Shyamalan's first rated R movie. In the above interview, it said that he is trying to do more family friendly films like his latest movie. I am not a prude, but is a rated R movie now considered family friendly?? I googled the plot & I don't think a movie about "an unknown pandemic is spreading, where the victim will experience loss of speech, physical disorientation and attempt suicide by very violent means," should be considered family friendly!!! A good movie, but probably not one for the little ones!

i absolutely love mark wahlberg. he has been one of my favorite actors for as long as i can remember and it's amazing how he has transformed from a bad boy into an oscar nominated actor but still embraces his past and tries to help kids that are like he used to be. i wish him and his girlfriend another healthy baby and hope that they continue their beautiful family.

btw, there are only a few pictures but ella and also matt damon's baby girl rival all the hollywood babies that are pictured a lot. SO CUTE!!!!

Look at Goldie Hawn and Kurt. I remember her telling the story that they once decided to make it official and the kids were like NO. Leave it alone, everything is perfect the way it is. People don't take marriage seriously nowadays anyway, so don't do it just to please others. If it's what you want, that's cool. But if you are happy just being together without the meaningless certificate, more power. It's your life, not others. That's a big problem in this world, everybody worried about what's going on in other people's homes.

Mark is so sexy and seems really down to earth. and the marriage thing is no big deal...i think it's better that he waits until he's ready than rush into a commitment as big as marriage. he said in the people article that he did his own thing for a while and now is ready to move forward. there is nothing wrong with that. a lot of guys feel obligated to marry their partner and then wind up running around on them because they weren't ready. They have children together and now that they see their relationship works, they can move forward. I wish him and his family tons of happiness!

Everybody doesn't want to be married with the white picket fence. It's not for everyone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I knew a couple that were together for like 15 years. Decided, heck we might as well make it official. Got married and was divorced a year later. That piece of paper don't mean jack s*it. If you are happy living together, leave it at that. Because when that divorce happens, it just makes things messy. If marriage is for you, more power to YOU. But stop telling people what they need to do, worry about your life.
