I believe she is guilty as sin as far as knowing where he got the drugs and is covering up. She should be prosectued. Why was she even called when the massage lady found him? Why wasn't 911 called. I'll tell you why to cover up where the drugs came from. I think the Olson twins are wacked especially Mary Kate and she should be proud that she helped her friend die so youg. I would hang my head up high about that one. He has a beautiful daughter that will have to go through life without her dad and that is a sin. I hope she can live with herself because what comes around goes around.

Why else is she trying to cover her a** so much, or is she just trying to be the drama queen she is make herself look important? Give her an option...cooperate, or get a subpoena from the grand jury and put her a**in jail for obstruction!! These celebrities think they can get away with anything! Drunken driving, drugs, assault, gun trafficking...they are no different then you or me!!! a loss is hard enough as it is, and however this happened,
there are prayers every day for all those who have suffered their loss.
Doesn't this make people sad, that the young kids are struggling

If people actually "cared" as much as they critisize, there might not be a reason for critisism as much. How much better would people feel?

I find it quite odd that after Ledger's death, MKO now looks more healthy than in past photos. She looks like she has taken the time to actually EAT. Perhaps the accidental overdose scared her straight. As for wanting immunity, only people GUILTY of something ask for this so their jail time is less. And why else would the housekeeper who found his body call her first instead of 911? Perhaps to remove pill bottles with her name on them? Only the people who were there at that time can answer this question.

It matters where someone gets their drugs, they are pushers and dealers, or passing drugs which are prescribed for them,and they have no right to dispense them to others.

Dude, he took the drugs, he took the risk. Sadly, she may know something, and is smart to ask for immunity - but she's not anymore a criminal than, say, Heath would be for taking illegal drugs that led to his tragic untimely demise.

WHY does it matter WHERE Heath got HIS DRUGS, Obviously his doctor didn't prescrib them? Heath was not a CHILD, he was a 28 year old FATHER. It's an absolute tragedy how he died, but he knew that the minute he took something that came from the streets. THAT WAS A CHOICE HE MADE! I too believe MKO has an idea of the who, what and where, but when all is said and done what's that got to do with Heath overdosing himself. The question should be why was he taking them in the first place? What kind of train wreck was he, if at all? Was this his first time, maybe second, third? How many times did he play russian rullet? Unfortunately for him he over did it and that my friends is something everyone needs to be aware of. Let this be a lesson to everyone out here that wants to mess with man made drugs!

OBVIOUSLY MK knows something but she certainly shouldn't be held responsible for what he consumed that night unless she was there handing him these drugs as he swallowed them down.

On the other hand - after all the fed investigations are done, Heath's parents could file a suit against her if she was involved in obtaining said drugs. Just like many have filed suits for wrongful death involving doctors and such who have over prescribed and caused the death of a loved one. So, I can see where she would want to be granted immunity. But that fact, the immunity, alone tells the bigger story.

When you get right down to it - Ledger was 28 and not a child.
He ultimately took the mixture of drugs that caused his own death.
When is this country going to go back to 'accountable for YOUR OWN actions' and stop pointing fingers?
