To all who are making rude comments about Matthew, Camila, their son, Levi, his name, and their life. It is their life and you people know nothing about them. So how do you know he will leave her, you don't know that and you sure as heck don't know them personally. Matthew McConaughey never wanted to get married because he always felt that getting married changed too much and why fix what is not broken. There are alot of couples that don't get married at all and live perfectly, normal, healthy, happy lives. Why can't you people just quit being so negative towards their choices and life. You need to get lives and live in your own real world and leave the celebrities to their lives and quit being so negative on what you don't know, which is nothing.

I love the name Levi. It's a strong name. It is a neat way for Matthew & Camila to name their baby after his daddy without using Jr. (Not that there's anything wrong with that either... it's just different).
For those of you giving reference to Levi jeans, "Levi's" are named after the original designer... Levi Strauss. I'm pretty sure his name came from the the biblical Levi... as did most people's names of that era (mid-1800's). Do a little research before you pop-off with a comment like that... at least look at the label of your pants, it does say "Levi Strauss & Company".

-I whole-heartedly agree! I've been there. 10 years ago, my fiance and I were told we couldn't have kids. 6 months later, I got pregnant. A lot of people said I "trapped" him. We BOTH knew what we were doing. We did get married. My hubby & I are have been happily married for 9 1/2 years. (If I had "trapped" him, we wouldn't be so happy, it wouldn't have lasted, & we wouldn't have tried to have more kids). We have been blessed with 4 wonderful children... our oldest will be 9 tomorrow. When she was 5 months old, we started searching for something better than "the ways of the world" to raise our daughter. We came to know Christ. If you are a Christian, you know that following Him is a life-long process. No one makes perfect choices, always. Just keep trying. No one has the right to judge others as harshly as some of the other posters have done. All we can do is extend grace for their mistakes(the same that has been offered to us) & Pray! Keep spreading the faith! :)

I'm happy for the two of them and yes the baby is super cute! However; I believe Camila totally trapped Matthew, lol. I would have done it! Hahaha. Oh and to the comment that says: "I seriously doubt that she would want to go through the pain of childbirth much less ruin her fab body just to keep a man. Women are strong and don't always need a man," you haven't been out there long enough to know that sadly, most women will do anything to keep a man, either out of infatuation or interest (money). It seriously takes a lot of experience and heartache for a woman to become strong and true to herself.....

Anyway, congrats.

And just in case anyone cares (doubt it, though), Brazilians speak Portuguese, and not "Brazilian," just like Americans speak English, and not "American."

I don't appreciate the comment u made about "rednecks" either, I am from the South n we dont call it being a redneck 2 name your child a good strong name from the bible. I could call your comment a lot of things, I could make comments about u as a person based on your pissy attitude but I won't.. it's called being mature u should try it sometime!

WOW he really knows how to be religious, what a great role model he is. Isn't he a little to old to be out partying and sleeping with everything that looks in his direction and I'm sure this child won't slow him down...apparently the babies mother hasn't, he shows no interest in her what so ever.

Cograts to you Matt & be smart enough to raise your son AWAY from Hollywood with not just a name from the Bible but also a set of values from it too. I also applaud the fact that you aren't having a sham of a marraige just for society's sake to divorce in 24 hours like most of the other celebrities do in this day & age. Any babie's birth is a blessing that women who can't have children well know.
