Melanie Brown has married boyfriend Stephen Belafonte, her rep, Liza Anderson, confirms to Usmagazine.com.
Marriage documents show that Spice Girl Brown and movie/tv producer Belafonte were married in Las Vegas on June 6, 2007.
The couple began dating after Brown split from actor Eddie Murphy, who was recently confirmed through DNA testing as the father of her daughter, 5-month-old Angel Iris. Prior to the results, Murphy publicly questioned the baby's paternity.
The AP reported that on Aug. 1, Brown filed a petition in a Los Angeles Superior Court to legally establish Murphy as the father of her daughter.
Brown was scheduled to appear on Larry King Live tonight, but according to Access Hollywood she cancelled because she and baby Angel are sick. A CNN source tells Us that Brown is now scheduled to appear on King Thursday night.

I'm sure he will be taking on the responsibility since paternity has been decided. And come on....he would WANT another baby before getting married and especially right after his divorce??? and that is why most hollywood marriages fail. because they move out and on so quickly w/o ever really TRYING. yes, there are a few respectable ones. but marriage has become so recycleable to celebs, what's the point anymore? they get married, they get divorced. they get engaged, they split up over a dumb argument. it's sad. and if she and eddy WERE planning on this baby and whatever else, then WHY would she move on and MARRY some one else so quickly? yeah, eddy is dating some other chick. You idiot, "I mean the kid has a daddy now", no, the kid has ALWAYS had a daddy and that daddy is Eddie and as a father, he should be responsible for HIS child. If paying child support is what Mel wants, then she should get it, she didn't have that baby by herself, and child support goes for roof over the babies head, food, and clothing, school. Mel has her own money, but its not ALL her responsibility to provide for Angel. Get a clue moron!

Go Girl!!!!! This must be a kick in the gut for all those haters claiming that Mel B's bitter about Eddie Murphy leaving her for another woman. As fine as her husband is, i'm sure she could care less about Murphy. The fact that he stepped in when she was pregnant(with another man's baby)and stepped in as a father figure to both children shows that he is very sensitive and caring. I wish her and her family nothing but best.
