Kiefer Sutherland isn't the only celeb spending Christmas in the slammer.
Michelle Rodriguez checked into jail in Lynwood, California, Sunday to begin serving her 180-day sentence for violating her probation in a DUI case, TMZ.com reports.
In October, the former Lost star, 29, was sentenced after she admitted she had violated her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of community service and for drinking three times while wearing her SCRAM alcohol-monitoring anklet.

Why is it every time someone who isnt white gets in trouble people alway pull out the color 'card?' It is like an old worn out record that everyone is sick of hearing. Nice try though! Find the real issue instead of using an easy scape goat.
No one knows much about this girl because she chose to keep herself out of the spotlight and she isnt what they call a 'powerhouse' in Hollywood. Money and actual 'fame'=power and these jail people obviously cave in to the enormous pressure it puts on them. It is not right but unfortunately it is reality. Is it fair? No. Is it because of her color? No. Do you honestly think if it was Jennifer Lopez, Penelope Cruz, Selma Hayek, or Eva Longoria, etc., that they would actually do their entire time? Absolutely not. Why? Because they have the power and fame that MR does not. Thats what it boils down to.
