I have read most of the comments here on the page. I have read other articles on other sites about Heath ledger's death and Michelle with the baby in Sweden. 1st off, what ever happened between Michelle and Heath that is their business, that is between them and God. But Michelle did not take Matilda away from Heath. In one of the articles, I read how some sources say that he was depressed that he couldn't see Matilda as much as he likes to. Because he is always traveling. So it's not Michelle's fault that the kid is with her all the time. And it's not Heath's fault either.2nd off, What the hell did you expect? Did you expect that since both parents are both actors, and they both have to travel distance to do movies who would be the best person to leave the child with? Personally I believe especially if they are very young and the way how people are today our generation of adults can be very careless. I think it was best for Mitilda to be with her mother. And if it's true that Heath had some sort of Romance linke with the Olsen twin, of what Kate's been through I don't think if I was a mother I don't think I want my kid around her. So my point is, my prayers and thoughts are with Michelle, and Mitilda. I am not a fan of Heath Ledger, but I was sadden and surprise to hear of his death. I think Michelle has every right to have privacy in her life when it comes to losing some one she did love. Michelle's love of her life now is the child, and looking at the picture it does seem that Heath will always be with them and alive in their hearts.

why WOULDN'T michelle ask heath to be drug tested before he saw matilda? if a child is in the care of an adult that adult must be competent.
rest in peace heath. michelle you have nothing to feel guilty about. no one knew your relationship except the two of you.

It's a sad day in this world when we lose such a talented & giflted soul, & people have the nerve to write disgusting & disrepectful things about him & his family. It seems to me that people who have the nerve to write such awful things about people they know nothing about seriously need to grow up & cope with the fact that they themselves are pathetic souls deprived of sense & dignity! To get back to the subject at hand; Heath Ledger was an amazing person/actor & most importantly; father. His passing is a tragedy of the worse kind, but through his family, his soul may live on & we can only pray that Michelle & his daughter get through this hard time okay. He has a beautiful family who loves him, and will keep alive his memory! God Bless Heath, Michelle & their beautiful baby girl, Matilda!

Were any of you idgits living in Heath and Michelle's house? NO! So stop commenting on things you know nothing about. You have no idea what went on in their relationship or how things went down. Stop believing everything you read in the tabloids.

No one should critisize Michelle for not staying with a person who was abusing drugs. I left my ex-husband who was abusing drugs with my then-three-month-old, partly because he looked me straight in my eyes and stated plainly that he would never want to give up cocaine - that it was around before I was, and it would be around afterwards. I bawled, I was heartbroken, but I would do it again, because I cannot save anyone who does not want to be saved. Simple as that.

BTW - People magazine has a cover story that's talks about the Michelle/Heath relationship -- it's basically the same as People's.

Michelle did the best she could under the sad circumstances. Any mother in her right mind would not want her child around someone who was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was just trying to protect Matilda. No one is getting mad at K-Fed for keeping Britney away from her sons because we all know that it is not in the children's best interest to be with her right now. Heath was an adult and he had the financial means to get help for his substance abuse problems. It's a shame he didn't. Michelle did the right thing, although I'm sure this will haunt her for the rest of her life.

Hey everybody. These people need to be left alone. Let this man die in peace. Michelle Williams was doing the right thing that so may people never have the courage to do. She felt like she would be putting her child in danger maybe by letting him take Matilda on his own. Did you live everyday life with this family?..NO...He was a great guy and father and I'm one too, that I felt like he was part of my family and I'm going to miss his talent for a long time. This is his family guys, and if you have never lived with drugs or alcohol in your life, then don't pass judgement. And anyway, how do we know that is true? I myself want to say God Bless you Heath that your life was taken so early, and God bless his family that has to go on without him in their lifes, and most of all for Matilda,that will never know the great father she had. He loved her and Michelle. Sometimes we have to see that God knows what is best for us even when he takes us away to be with Him. Heath may have been facing something that would have hurt him deeply but only God knows that for sure. Thank you Heath for all the talent you shared with us in your short life.

i can tell you she never loved heath leger , if she love him she never would have challenged heath to be drug tested and be free of drug in order for him to see his own daughter . how crul she must have been to deny him of his own child , i hope the guilt would haunt her for ever, i am so sad to think that poor guy never saw his own child just because she wanted to punish him or make him not to do drug , believe me with doing that it drove him even more into it, i hate her for not letting him see his daughter until the day he died.

Such beautiful and simple words from a very brave woman. I'm confident that Michelle will raise a wonderful daughter, and Matilda will someday make her dad very proud.

I agree with the lyrics,these are awesome songs..we all know that Ledger died, and there's nothing we can do to bring him back, but let's all remember him in a good way, even if the toxicology reports says the contrary....lets all remember his work, his talent, his legacy in her child and in his movies....nobody is perfect...we all know...but we have to remember always the good things about people that have pass, they aren't here anymore..they have already been judged by God.....Lets not forget that we all one day will die, and like it or not will be judge and not by the people in the world...(this actually goes to the media and the negative comments posted here by some people) not for the comments of most of the people that wrote right now,, those are all/most of them really good comments....
