Mike Myers on Justin's Speedo: We Used "Special Effects to Reduce the Size"

 Paramount Pictures Mike Myers admits he had a "man crush" on Justin Timberlake while shooting their new comedy The Love Guru (out June 20). "I will confirm that," Myers told Usmagazine.com at the Hollywood premiere on Wednesday. His take on Timberlake in speedo? "What is amazing about the speedo is that they have to do a lot of special effects to reduce the size," he joked. "Oh, yeah ... you heard it here first, folks!" (See photos of stars in their underwear.) Co-star Verne Troyer wasn't as enthused about the scene. "I didn't actually have to see it, luckily," he told Us. "Just watching him on film was enough. I was just embarrassed for him." Timberlake's BFF Trace Ayala shrugged off the speedo scene. "Man, I see this kid naked all the time!" he told Us. "I am just glad that he put some clothes on!" Ayala recently dished that he doesn't see Timberlake and Jessica Biel marrying soon.

What can I say britney is the best thing to ever happen to the music industry and everyone is right if it wasn't for britney knowbody would know who jt is and furthermore had it not been for britney jt probabally wouldn't have gotten a solo carrer much less be what he is now. LOVE MY BRITNEY

9:36 - Hee Hee - you must love the wee nerds...I don't take it seriously...can't you read? But he does...even though he's nothing but a fluff ball who wants to play with the big boys. However, he is in the entertainment industry (which is real) and he wants to be rich and famous and hang with Madonna, etc, then he needs to have a little respect and a little humility. Otherwise, no one is going to want to collaborate with him. And then he won't be rich and famous. But don't worry, I get your point - no jealousy here. And what's N'SYNC? Now that would be sarcasm.

It a COMEDY people--a MIKE MYERS comedy!!!!! He's supposed to look funny and probably kind of gross! And 7:04, you are so bothered by JT's successful career -- you sound like a jealous N'SYNC member who didn't make it big. Don't take it so seriously. The entertainment business is not real life and none of us need to place so much importance on it that we get mad about it.

I just want to say congratulations to Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima, who just turned 29 & her new fiance, Marko Jaric, 29, who plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves, on getting engaged this last night, Adrianna's birthday, and a happy birthday to her, and also a very nice way to celebrate it! I wish the two nothing, but the best for a happily married life, etc.

I don't get it - he's a scrawny nerd from a boy band who has grown to be an older scrawny nerd from a boy band who thinks he's a major player. I'd be embarrassed to buy or listen to whatever kind of music he does. Didn't I hear his nickname is Pipsqueak??? Very appropriate. I also hear he's sanctimonious and thinks that he's the reason for the successful ratings of some music award show - that without him there'd be no music industry. Look in the mirror pip - a little humility never hurt anyone.

I am too old to have been a fan of his band, or much else anything he has done, BUT, I have never seen an interview with him that his intelligence and "togetherness" didn't impress me. He seems like a great guy. If you had grown of in the days where almost all guys wore Speedos to the beach, you would know he looks pretty darn good. Someone mentioned Brit even though that was so long ago. I guess he is better off but I sure think that poor girl went down hill after they broke up. At any rate, he looks much better than Cruise in his underwear scene. That guy was gross then and still is! JT looks just fine.

Mike was joking about reducing the size. They have actually stuffed the speedo to make it look better. It has always been easy to see JT's pants are more flat then a females if you know what I mean. He even dances in videos & on stage thrusting his hips forward and it is null and void.

I'm sorry to hear that Nancy O'Dell's mom, Betty, died at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, S.C., last weekend after a battle with ALS, and her mom was 74! My thoughts & prayers are with Nancy, her family & their friends during this very difficult time, etc.

The speedo scene for the Love Guru looks funny, and it's funny how Mike Myers had a man crush on JT while filming the Love Guru, and that the speedo scene had to be reduced to the right size by using special effects, etc.

Britney and her rise to super super stardom and then the tragedy she experienced when she made a series of bad decisions in her life, is what makes her so real and so perfect an image of the true american star. Britney is the Marilyn, Elizabeth Taylor, Elvis and Frank Sinatra of our time. No one can even compare how amazing she is to this skank Justin Timberflake.
