I think everyone needs to leave her alone. She is 15 and growing up, she's probably just trying to find herself. If you look at any other 15 year old girls that live a normal life away from the media, they're trying to look older than they already do. They are growing up faster and are looking more sexual, like they're 20, so why can't Mylie. Just because she started off at Disney, it doesn't mean she's gonna stay there forever. She has to grow up sometime, and that time is now. She has her family, true friends, and 'real' fans support. I think Mylie is a great role model with great morals and beliefs. Mylie isn't perfect, she will make mistakes just like the rest of the normal world. Just let her grow up and get over yourself

In her first performance since her Vanity Fair photo scandal, an enthusiastic Miley Cyrus thanked fans for their support.
The 15-year-old sang "See You Again," "Fly on the Wall" and "Breakout" at the Disney Channel Games concert Saturday in Orlando, Fla.
When she spotted a fan holding a sign that read, "I'm praying for you," Miley said, "I can't be more appreciative of that," according to the Orlando Sentinel.
Her Hannah Montana co-star Jason Earles told the paper she was holding up just fine.
"She's one of the strongest people I've ever met," he said. "She'll do everything to make sure she does right by her fans. It will be all right.
"I know what kind of person she is," he added. "She has a great heart."
As previously reported, Cyrus pulled out a red carpet event promoting the Disney Channel Games following the semi-topless photo scandal.
She issued a statement saying she was "embarrassed" she took the pictures. Usmagazine.com reported that her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, was not on the set at the time the snaps were taken.

Miley Cyrus was a role model...after those pics not anymore...and 12:19 am ok well ur kids might not reads those magazines but u kknow about what she did!!!! and u would want her kids to look up to that?!?!?!?
young mula baybeh.
i am praying for her too well duh shes my cousin i have to pray for her and we talk about it all the time and yes she is kinda sad she is doing well and is very happy
Who cares. This is such old news. I don't feel sorry one bit for this girl. At 15 years old you should know better than to do something like she did, or at least have a little respect for yourself. Art? You guys make me laugh. Mona Lisa is art dummy, not Miley Cyrus. She's 15, if you can't grasp the concept, I feel sorry for you. I guess some people happen to care about children more than others. If you let your children do what she did, congratulations, you're such a good parent. It's like I read a story in the newspaper a few months ago, a pageant mom had her 9 year old daughter do a picture similar to the one Miley did, and yes, she was semi-nude too. That picture made me sick to my stomach. 9 years old, 15 years old, it doesn't matter, you're underage, at least I can appreciate that and understand that. When that story was released on CNN people were fuming over this. When people fume, that means they care.
Don't care about what you let your kids respect but they were out of hands! agreed that she wasn't thinking but again that is why she should have had adult supervision
if she didnt lyk it then y the hell did she di it in the 1st place well i think she only did it 4 the money she didnt think about wot ppl wud say but in june or july when the magazine comes out this subject will b brung up again. if she does this wot kind of a good head has she got on her shoulders
This happens to every teen celebrity and then people move on-it's such a cliche.
Whatever about the photos, my kids like her and they don't read Vanity Fair, how many young kids do that are under 12. Kids over 12, I think, are a little old to like her. She seems more for the young kids. And yes the photos for that age are not right but kids that young don't look at those magazines. So who cares, it really is a reason for people to hate her. Now what I don't like is her pushing "god bless" and "I do it all for Jesus". Were the photos for Jesus? Religion doesn't bother me but don't push it onto others.
Brooke Shields posed nude AND went nude in movies when she was a preteeen and teen. She was still a virgin until her mid-20's. It's art people. What's the big deal? Miley can make her own decisions. You go girl!
i think you should give her a chance she hasn't done anything wronmg to you...
THANK YOU, SAMANTHA!!!!!!!!!!!! u hav made the point that everyone should be making!!!!!! get on with your lives, people, and leave miley alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh yah we also need to do something about her new pic that they all thought was just so wonderful but now second thoughts are that are bad. She looked beutiful like always!!!!!!!!!!!!!
omg guys it was art!!!
why did nobody make this big a deal out of that creepy yoko ono picture that annie leibowitz shot!!!!
like this is just stupid. DO WE NOT REMEMBER VANESSA ANNE HUDGENS??
LEAVE MILEY ALONE!
She shouldn't even be in the news, she sucks.
GET OVER IT...THIS IS OLD NEWS NOW!
She's kinda at fault for the uproar in the first place. If she hadn't made a big deal about "apologizing" for them before they were even out and anyone could judge, she MADE it an issue. She pretty much TOLD people to think negatively about them. Perhaps without her bringing attention to it, the outcry would have been a lot less.
Why does everyone think this is such a big deal? Shes a teenager, they make mistakes, but at least she can be mature about it and saying sorry to her fans. I am a huge fan of Miley, and all of my friends are like "how can you still like her after this?!". But what people don't understand is that almost EVERYONE is going to do something along these lines as they get a few years older. Also, i think that this shouldn't be all Miley's fault, the photographer should be blamed for part of this. Miley is a role model towards girls all over the world so why should he/she even think about having Miley partially naked? Some people need to use their heads a little.
To all those people putting the F bomb on here, its totally un-called for.
OMG this is not a big deal people r over reaciing. She is just a teenager its not like she posed nude like vannessa hudgens. people need to leave her alone and get a life.
hi
11:55 you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. You're calling a 15 year old girl a sl*t. That's sick. That's the only kind of behavior you should be shielding the kids you babysit from. Breaking others down is far worse than watching Miley on Hannah Montana. Calling other girls sl*ts is disgusting especially when you know nothing about them. She's young and she's discovery herself in front of the entire world. She's handled it better than most would. It doesn't mean she's having sex or is a bad person because she took some pictures. YOU'RE what's wrong with society, not her.
:)
I just want to know why everyone is so concerned with HER posing for the pictures? what about the photographer who took them!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is something soooo scandalous about them, the photographer should be facing legal problems for taking those kind of pics of a minor!!!!!!!!!!! RIGHT? Now if people would stop being so STUPID and PERVERTED they would see these pictures are beautiful! She looks angelic. These were private pics that were not intended for all 2 see. Maybe Vanity Fair knew what they were doing!!!! Too humiliate this girl!!!! Well this is a lesson for all her fans!!! No matter how rich or famous there will still be people out there trying to bring you down!!! She got up when they knocked her down and kept going!!! My ten year old daughter is a huge fan And she will continue for as long as she pleases.
The reason she is not talking about the first set of photos is because those were not her, those were of a girl that looks like her that keeps taking pictures of herself and releasing them. If you look closely enough you can see that it is not Miley. Let it go!!

im sorry but she is a TEENAGER! lord knows the decisions i was making when i was that age...only mine weren't out in the open for all to see. i feel bad that vanity fair influenced her into taking pictures she is getting so much crap over... teenagers are easily influenced thats just how it is. miley is not an adult and should be forgiven for the mistakes that any other kid would make...get over it!!!
The problem here is that people now a days want the dirt on celebrity's. People want to feel better about themselves so they make rude comments and make fun of public figures. It's the public that should be ashamed, it's the public that gives the paparazzi the power to do the things that they do. Respect people and there decisions and get on with life. There are worse things going on in this world, then young teens showing there bras and posing topless for a big named magazine. Open your eyes and look at the world around you. GET A LIFE
