FACEBOOKCelebs get so many DUI's because all the judges do is give them probation. If I were to do half of the things that the people in Hollywood did (i.e. Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, or Nicole Richie) I would be thrown UNDER the jail!!!

Los Angeles DA charged Mischa Barton on Tuesday with four misdemeanor counts, including driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, according to court documents. She was also charged with driving with blood alcohol levels exceeding the legal limit, driving unlicensed and for possession of marijuana.
She was arrested Dec. 27 on suspicion of DUI in West Hollywood after Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies witnessed the car she was driving straddle two lanes of traffic. She also failed to signal when making a turn, sheriff deputies reported.
Over Memorial Day weekend in 2007, Barton was rushed to the hospital after mixing antibiotics and a "s—tload" of alcohol. Her younger sister, Hania, entered rehab earlier that year at the age of 19 for addiction to painkillers.

I don't understand either why all of these celebs are getting DUIs, but hopefully this will serve as a wake up call to everybody that DUIs aren't funny & that there are serious consequences when you get one.
