  I nursed my son for 11 months and lost a TON of weight. I gained 17lbs during pregnancy but lost 34lbs within 3 months- some people just burn weight quickly. Now a year after I stopped nursing my son I've gained some lbs back a gotten to a healthy weight. All of our bodies function differently.

  Julia's "quips" (which I understand to mean she was trying to be "funny") come off sounding pretty passive-aggressive. Didn't Julia herself used to be quite "slim?" (By most standards, she still is!) She sounds kind of jealous of Jen's post-baby bod!

  I'm glad she thinks she's too thin - she is looking pretty ragged. Too thin is just as bad as too fat. And not everyone CAN breastfeed - so don't get on your high horse about it.

  Seems like Jennifer and Ben are realists. Eventhough they are movie stars they have the same pressures as the rest of us as raising kids and trying to have a minute or 2 of romance in a hectic life. Hope they last forever and they raise happy children. All the best to Jen Ben their 2 daughters.

  Its great that she breast fed all the way up to one! It makes me sad when mothers don't breastfeed for very long or not at all. .And i am sure she is not 'just breastfeeding' to stay skinny she probably eats very healthy and works out hard. Plus, if your in great shape before the baby its way easier for your body to bounce back after. Looking great Jen!

  You don't have to eat an extra 500 calories to MAKE breastmilk... breastfeeding just gives you an extra 500 calories to take in. That's how so many women lose weight. It's difficult to eat an extra 500 calories a day when you're eating a normal diet. So just because it didn't work for you Jonathan, doesn't mean it doesn't work. I lost all my baby weight with both of my children within a matter of weeks due to breast feeding and being active. So nice try... quit lying to yourself and everyone else.
