Well, thanks for the tips on how to tame frizzy hair. I try to flat iorn my hair; it is really curly and thick. Maybe not all curly. The top is curly and the bottom is straight. You just always want what you cant have. Sometimes I would do the lotion trick. I normally slick it down with conditioner, hairspray, and de frizzing goos and mousses. My bangs used to make my hair look thicker, so what I do now is I apply the products daily, and then tie my bangs in a pinned back crown on the top of my head. The bangs being pinned back makes hair look straighter. Just a thought.

Thanks for the ideas, I will try camera ready and paul mitchell. I used to use biolage but was in Germany for three years so I have been out of the loop as far as what new products are out there.

Paul Mitchell Extremely Strong. Amazing. I have very thin hair so I use that. If you have thick hair and want it thinner, use Paul Mitchell Extremely Thin (I think thats what its called)

Oh me too, last week was horrible! A secretary had quit on the spot, left all her stuff for me to finish + my own work. I was definitly very stressed out.

F@ke the lotion works great for me, and seems to last for hours, but I carry some in my purse and do a touch up if it is a really long day. When I go to a stuffy bar where it is warm it seems to stay in place while in a hot crowded bar. And, I wear my hair up a lot at work, like it out of my face when working. But yes the lotion lasts pretty long and like I said a very small amount goes a long way, if I straighten my hair I pull the lotion to the ends and it helps against damage from the straight iron, puts a coating on the hair kind of thing, also works if you want to curl the hair hold the curl longer than just spraying w/hair spray. I've been using lotion for years now and that works the best for me and keeps static away too.

F@KE- The Camera Ready is just a spray for your hair that makes it more manageable and shiny. Depending on what type of hair you have I don't recommend using a lot of it if you have straight hair.. It has a tendancy to weigh my hair down if I use to much. Normally 3-4 squirts does the trick for me :) I love it :)

I can't use lotion on my hair...It makes it oily. I swear I've used every salon product on earth. used to love Tigi Bed Head....Now my fave is that Pantene Ice collection. It does salon work for minimal cash. Makes your hair SO shiny :)

Shasta, Pantene is so bad for you hair. It has some chemical in it, although it is shiney, it is drying your hair out. I use to love it. My hairdresser got me out of that habbit!

Cheerio, haven't tried Regenerist...Have been in love w/ Ice for about 6 months.....I have seen it though...

Does the Camera Ready last awhile?
What about the lotion in humidity?
Or does someone know of a paste or something similar that won't stiffen the hair, but last? Like for ponytails? It gets so hot and humid here, then you pull it back and you have a huge mess.
I still love my Frizz Ease serum and cremes.
