· Sharon Stone will star in a 60-second fake political ad playing a Hillary Clinton-type named “Patricia Hill,” a candidate running for president. The point of the ads is to mock the 2008 presidential race and “the manipulative strategies of political communication.”

· The Sopranos Lorraine Bracco will cohost The View next Thursday, but not as a Rosie O’Donnell replacement. The guest host stint is a one-shot deal to promote the Sopranos finale on June 10.

· Paris Hilton has reportedly decided to write a prison diary during her 23-dayjail sentence, for publication upon release. It’s expected to make millions.

· Wannabe contestants started lining up on the sidewalk outside The Price is Right studio two days ago for today’s final taping with host Bob Barker.

· Are coffee and cigarettes aging Mary-Kate Olsen?
