Mixing business and pleasure can get messy -- just ask Penn Badgley.
The actor has been dating Gossip Girl costar Blake Lively for almost two years, but he admits that their successful workplace romance defies the odds.

"Having a relationship with someone you work with might not always be the smartest move," he muses in the November issue of Men's Health.

"But," he tells the magazine, "it's been wonderful to be in a relationship where we can both identify with what the other is experiencing."
When Us Weekly spoke with the actor, he exclaimed of Lively, "We have an unbelievable trust and such a healthy relationship."

Lively, 22, told Seventeen magazine in July, "It's definitely not romantic on the [Gossip Girl] set, that's for sure. When you're saying these words that people are making you say to one another, nothing about it is real or genuine. So if two people connect outside their characters, then that's how they get together."
