The fizzy, fact-based sitcom about a high-priced hooker's exploits in London jumps into season three with happy developments. First, Belle (the adorable Billie Piper)'s memoir comes out, and it's a hit. How nice to see the lady ease out of the clothes-tossing biz, eh? The affable secondary characters -- including Belle's brokenhearted sis -- are growing too. Witty stuff all around. (Showtime, 10 P.M.)
