The next Lost? That’s the buzz on this big-budget thriller — and, yes, it delivers on its enthrallingly bizarre premise. Seems all of humanity — including an FBI agent (Joseph Fiennes) and his surgeon wife (Sonya Walger) — black out for the same two minutes or so, leading to global havoc and burning questions (e.g.: Why did everyone glimpse into the same strange future?). Though producers promise to unravel the mysteries in a hurry, the show needs to beef up its bland characters if it’s going to be truly fantastic. (ABC, 8 P.M.)
