The spinoff — which follows fashion upstart Whitney Port in NYC — resumes the season with juicier (albeit contrived) conflicts. For starters, new vamp Roxy Olin, a gorgeous pal from Port's past, finagles a job alongside her at PR firm People's Revolution. Brazen backstabbing ensues (Olin seems to mock Port's facial expressions). Meanwhile, Olivia Palermo, now an underdog at Elle, butts heads with a bitchy publicist. All said, the gleaming and fast-paced City is now a more exciting destination than The Hills. For real. (MTV, 10:30 P.M.)
