When the L.A. fashionista moved to New York City to film her Hills spinoff, she rekindled a budding romance with Australian musician Jay Lyon. In the show's first season finale, however, the two parted ways. They split in March after dating for less than a year. "There were a few factors in their relationship that led to their split and fans saw those play out on-air," show creator Adam Divello told Us.
