Perhaps finally, charges may be leveled against Nancy for those crimes she documented against herself, and then the prosecutors can look into her admissions that she threw her son, John David, off the bed and onto the floor where he landed on his head. Nancy even made statements that she said she would not have buried his body if John David had died from that assault by Nancy. But, Nancy claims she frantically ran outside into the street where she says she flagged down a cab to take John David to the hospital instead of calling 911 where there would be more documented evidence of the crime Nancy impaled upon this victim-tot.

CNN Headline News anchor Nancy Grace is “feeling very good, just a little tired,” after giving birth to twins John David and Lucy Elizabath, via c-section, November 4 in Atlanta, her rep tells Usmagazine.com.
The twins were born two months early after Grace, 48, had developed fluid in her lungs, “and her physician determined it would be best for Nancy and for the twins to deliver November 4,” her rep tells Us.
Though Lucy weighed just 2 lbs., 15 oz., her rep says the newborn “is doing just as well as the boy,” who weighed 5 lbs., 1 oz., her rep says.
“The babies will be in the hospital for awhile, and Nancy should be leaving the hospital in a few days,” the rep adds.
Grace and her husband, investment banker David Linch, 48 — whom she’d first met at law school and secretly wed last spring — “are just thrilled,” the rep said. “They’re doing great.”

OJ went to retrieve his own stolen property and got a conviction like this? Those "victims" better just be glad they didn't steal anything from me, they wouldn't have gotten off so easily as OJ allowed them.
Nancy was wrong about the OJ Simpson case, he was found guilty on all counts.
Since that case where Nancy threw her son off the bed, because he was “in the way of her beer”, has there been any other incidents, before that incident or after that incident, where Nancy has harmed either one of those twins she bought?” I did read that she was investigated for sexually assaulting the girl from that molestation allegation by her nanny who is raising the twins. At that time, Nancy was only allowed supervised-visitation with the twins, has that changed due to the newer allegations against Nancy Grace? And, why would she, or anyone, or any parent, especially, purposefully throw a young child off a bed on to it’s head like Nancy said she did???????????????????
The TM site and the NGMD-site has a vid-clip on that recent negligence-incident of Nancy Grace of her saying she threw the boy-baby from the bed onto the floor, and the baby fell on top it’s head onto hardwood floors that can pose a significant potential damage to a baby so young. Nancy has already admitted to doing this horrendous act (and crime) against her own son John David, as verified by the statement Nancy made on the attached video-clip. Some doctors and psychologists say that actual signs and symptoms of the potential cerebral-damage-injuries sustained from that fall may not be immediately visible or detectable through x-rays or cat-scans, and the traumatic factors incurred may not be visible for quite some time afterward. As Nancy continues to harm these kids, they will both build up increasing anxiety and frustrations resulting in a greater likelihood that if Nancy does not get them removed from her custody by DCF (highly likely), the doctors have pointed out there remains an extremely high probability of both those twins running away from home as soon as they reach the doorknobs. Run little ones, save yourselves, time is of the essence because a mother with such a significant drug-usage and alcohol-abuse problems is destine to repeat her horrendous actions. Look twins, she currently in courts right now fighting cases where she is suspected to helping to kill mothers of missing children. RUN!!!
OCALA - Several weeks after a federal judge in Ocala denied a motion to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit brought against television talk show host Nancy Grace and her parent company, CNN, the network has responded with a volley of denials to the allegations, court records show. In a document filed Aug. 19, the defendants deny their actions intentionally inflicted emotional distress on former Lake County resident Melinda Duckett or her surviving parents, Bethann and William Eubank, of Lockport, N.Y. The defendants go on to list several reasons why Grace or the network should not be held responsible for Duckett's suicide, which took place just a day after she was grilled on Grace's show on Sept. 7, 2006. Such defenses include: that the TV host is protected by the First Amendment, that she acted without malice, that her conduct was privileged, that the Eubanks do not meet "a stringent standard" for an intentional infliction of emotional distress claim and that the plaintiff's claims are barred by actions the defendants believe Duckett brought upon herself. Denial of the charges was expected, said plaintiff's attorney Kara Skorupa. Skorupa said while she is a firm believer in free speech, "you can't hide behind the First Amendment." If you harm somebody, you can't hide behind an amendment that was never meant to shield you from liability," she said, adding the case is now moving into the discovery phase. CNN had no comment Friday. Duckett, 21, agreed to be questioned by Grace by telephone regarding the disappearance of her 2-year-old son, Trenton, who she reported missing on Aug. 27, 2006. Her parents say she agreed to do the interview, thinking it would enlist the public's help in finding her son. Instead, they say Grace pummeled her with veiled accusations that she murdered her son. The next day, Duckett shot herself at her grandparents' home.

The guests on the show should not be bombarding Nancy with facts of the Anthony case that Nancy still does not understand or comprehend. It only makes Nancy out to be a silly hore who is resistant of the facts she may not personally agree with or understand. If those guests continue to beat Nancy up so badly night after night, it will only serve to place Nancy back into the hospital for her alcoholism and drug issues that Nancy has said she will have for the rest of her life. How many times do they think they have to kick a dead horse (or a pig with lipstick) before they understand that Nancy is beyond all comprehensible reasoning of any case she so adamantly is proven so incorrect on? Leave Nancy alone and stop making her look so bad, and so drunk! It isn’t fair to Nancy who really is trying to cut down on her drug and alcohol usage. She has allegedly said her goal is to someday have unsupervised visits with those twins she bought, and to hopefully gain the ability to have an overnight stay with them both someday way down the road.
I literally make comment as to how much I hate that woman every time I see her or her name. As a member of the legal field I have most certainly dealt with my fair share of pretentious twits but this woman takes the cake. Nancy Grace is a complete joke and she creates a mockery of CNN and its affiliates. In all honesty I think that a lot of the reason Scott Peterson was convicted was due to her hateful and angry little bitter diatribes and constant ranting tirades. I have to change the channel when I see her show, she and the majority of the people she talks to on her show remind me of flashy National Enquirer reporters. She’s a tool.
MARY WINKLER was awarded full custody of her children today, contrary to the aggressive false-assertions by Nancy Grace she made on national television. First off, Nancy said Mary would not ever get out of prison. Wrong again Nancy. That proves Nancy to be incorrect yet again. Time for another lawsuit against Nancy again, she still has several pending against her in both state and federal courts right now with many more lawsuits against her on the way according to attorneys for victims Nancy has victimized. She has a perfect record so far of botching up every single case she has attempted to cover because Nancy gets something incorrect on every case. Maybe Nancy needs to increase her appointments with her drug and alcohol therapies so she can begin to deal with yet another error being discovered by Nancy’s un-professional actions. At least in this Winkler case, Nancy has not yet helped to end the life of anyone connected to this case. Not in this Winkler case.
It has been totaled up that Casey Anthony would have to lie another 57,894,288,476,294,592,731,293,850,499,062 more times to tie the lies and untruths Nancy has documented against herself. Keep trying Casey, but you'll look as old as Nancy does when you get to that point of surpassing Nancy's documented lies and untruths.
If Casey Anthony tells another 8,936,799.801 more lies and untruths, maybe then she may be getting closer to the number of lies and untruths Nancy Grace has told.

What does Nancy Grace prefer? Caylee to be found safe, or Casey to be found guilty of murder? Answer: Nancy Grace wants Casey to be found guilty of first degree murder, even though there is no evidence of that, and Nancy will accept nothing but that. And, Nancy cares diddly-squat about anything to do with or about Caylee. Seems Nancy hates all missing children in Florida. It’s funny how Nancy never considers the facts first before she makes up her mind. But, that is nearly an impossible task from drunks and druggies like Nancy.

Nancy screams, as Dr. Bethany Marshall gets herself all fired up and starts psychoanalyzing the "vicious antisocial psychopath" who abducted the little boy. Ohhhh the horror. What I would like to know is how "Dr" Bethany Marshall can possibly consider herself credible after having psychoanalyzed a "vicious predator" who DOES NOT EXIST. Is she still doing medicine - or VOODOO ??? What a crock, what a joke. And thats what you get from NG, lynchmob justice of the "rioting right". Nancy Grace, Bethany Marshall (I wont call her a Dr), can both go to the Devil. Liars, hystrerical, bleeding, bloated, ugly old sows. You are NOT a COP. Standing upon her pillar of truth ? Everytime I see Bethany Marshalls face on TV, the message which I interpret from her broadcast is that criminals are cool and molesters are just okey dokey. Regardless of what she says, that is what I hear. One time I "thought" I heard her say that molesters were the ultimate cool, the "lickedy-split". That is what I "thought" she said. And that is what I will continue to hear coming from her mouth, every time I hear her face making noise.
How many medications is Nancy on? It is clear to see it is affecting her ability to follow a line of thought. Why is Nancy now having to always be with one of her psychologists? Is that because of the civil crimes she has committed against victims on her shows? How many people is Nancy connected to the deaths of victims? Has Nancy been charged with a crime involving inappropriate care of those kids she purchased? Why is she not allowed to be alone with either of them? Who is their real father(s)? Has that ever been determined? How many millions did Nancy lose because of all those settlements she has? Is CNN helping her to pay them off too? How many people have to lose their life as a direct result of Nancy's unprofessionalism before CNN cuts her show like they cut the other five shows she was on?
Nancy got beaten up to a pulp tonight on her show as she was proven wrong on her point of view about the Casey Anthony case, who Casey is expected to again be released from jail once again; contrary to the lies that Nancy has made. The Anthony family has hired a different attorney that stated on the VanSusteran show that there will be another lawsuit against Nancy for the civil violations Nancy has taken against Casey and Casey's family. There are several sites showing this, but the names are of the attorney's firms and not in the Anthony names or in Nancy's name, not yet but she is listed as a defendant (again). Well, we all knew this was going to happen. Why is it that Nancy hates children of Florida so much?
My take on Nancy disGrace and the Anthony case is that Nancy has no interest at all in the missing Caylee. Her only purpose in covering the case is for her ratings, and hopefully, to incite a suicide from Caylee’s mother because of the bad press and nothing to do with any negative allegation or suspicion. Nancy has done with before, ever hear of the Duckett case, or the Holloway case, or the Duke case? (Those are just three cases of many Nancy has interfered and potentially ruined the pursuit of Justice).
It was tough waiting for Nancy Grace to reappear as host of her show. She's back and in the form of her usual un-professionalism and her ignorance of the facts. At the end of her show, she showed pictures of her “contrived” vacation with hubby and her babies. They are getting bigger and looking quite malnourished and unhappy, but possibly a bit more sober this time. They were on some beach where Nancy and hubby David and Nancy looked every bit the unhappy couple, but enjoying the sun with their supervised-visits with the twins Nancy purchased. Best regards to them as they deserve their time together as a family, especially because of all those lawsuits filed against Nancy. And so, Michelle's claim to know everything in Nancy's life seems to be just a bunch of documented facts, as is everything that fanatical crusader for victims has to say. She claimed that Nancy was in a rehab facility, which is a documented fact and verifiable through an adequate research on the internet. DING DONG, NANCY WAS WRONG!! YOU STUPID WENCH!! As for Michelle's infantile claim that Nancy is great grandmother to her babies, it's juvenile and oh so ridiculous, but so accurate. Did you get a look at Nancy’s bloated legs? That comes from the alcohol and drug problems she has. She may be almost 50, yet she doesn't look it at all, she looks more like about 80, as Fox network televised on their network. Nancy is beautiful to uninformed viewers because their standards are so low, something I'll bet Michelle is jealous about not being 80 years old. Maybe Michelle looks like an ape-like creature and is brimming over with envy of how a victimizer like Nancy can remain on the airways. Sorry, Michelle, but everyone can't be as ugly as you. You are a creature, ugly to the bone inside and out!!!!!!!!!!! But, you are so incredibly accurate in your assessments of Nancy dis-Grace. And, Thanks Michelle.

Good try Nancy, to claim you are on vacation when you are actually in patient at your rehab facility. Nice try, but people that are educated know better than your sloppy attempt to disguise the truth. It is even on that TM-site. But, maybe being in rehab again is a vacation for you from the stresses you say you are under by all those lawsuits filed against you.
CASEY ANTHONY has been re-arrested on Friday night, which again contradicts what Nancy Grace has claimed, and this fact has proven Nancy to be wrong, liable for more lawsuits against herself, and incorrect on her previous statements in the Anthony case. Jane Valez-Mitchell did an outstanding job filling in for Nancy while Nancy remains in therapy during her “vacation time“. Good job Nancy, to get clean and sober is a good thing, especially for when you have your supervised-visits with those twins you bought with the help of two different fathers. Too bad your husband wasn’t one of them. The pictures of the twins on the site look great, looks like a grandma holding her two great-grandkids. Sorry to hear that you were banned from CNN property right now, and look forward to your return on Monday. Next time Nancy, read the precautions on the usage of your drugs being mixed with alcohol. In many cases, the combination could be harmful and send you back into the hospital like happened before. Try again, try really hard this time Nancy to remain sober.

Nancy Grace is apparently banned from CNN property again tonight and unable to cover the latest breaking news. The Anthony case, where Casey has been released and is at home tonight, contrary to all the speculations and accusations made by Nancy Grace. While Nancy was not again being available tonight is nothing new, this case has proven Nancy to be incorrect yet again. Her errors may well be in the millions by now, as Nancy is usually wrong about some facet of every single case she has attempted to cover in recent years. Casey Anthony was released on bond today, even though Nancy Grace said additional charges would prevent that from ever occurring, as documented on the CNN sites. There is also a rumor that the Anthony’s will be suing Nancy Grace and others for their flagrant and illegal accusations against Casey and Cayley, as well as against several members of the family including several friends and relatives. Nancy will likely pay off those proposed lawsuits as she usually does, especially considering she is trying to defend herself against more lawsuits currently filed against her in both state and federal courts right now, again! Maybe Nancy should buy a clue: to never ever victimize anymore victims again as she continues to do.
Keep up the great job Nancy, you returned more empty beer cans and beer bottles than anyone else in New York; congratulations. At least you did not help to kill anymore mothers of missing children again today. Didn't you Nancy???

No educated person would even get close to her. The actual death-toll of the victims that have lost their life as a direct result of the unprofessional actions of Nancy Grace is unknown as of this date. Due, in-part, to the inability of the dead victims to now make such an adequate and prolific statement of the account of Nancy’s heinous influence of her inaccurate, illicit, and sometimes illegal actions documented by this known Predator-of-victims. Basically, and as simple as possible, Nancy’s goals and actions are always self-serving to her, and have never been, in any stretch of the imagination by any well educated person, to be for the victim of any crime in any capacity. Since Nancy has never been a victim of any crime herself, contrary to her claim, she conveys a clueless-ness of any and all ability to understand anything about any need, any desire, or any understanding of any victim in any situation. Thus resulting in a track record of her inappropriate actions, sometime illicit, sometimes, immoral, and sometimes illegal actions she documents against real victims of crimes, and most notably, sometimes resulting in the loss of life of some of those victims by her idiotic self-promoting and selfish actions who is going under the false-name of Nancy Grace.
