She looks amazing- I love it. Honestly- I think every girl who thinks they can remotely pull it off should go blonde at least once. When I did, I had a very happy boy on my hands. All that matters is what you like and after that- if you aren't single, what your significant other thinks.

People almost always look best with their natural color. The main reason brunettes go blonde is to cover up the increasing number of gray hairs they are growing. It's a lot lower maintenance and grays don't show up as much on blonde hair as it does on dark hair. (Just ask Kelly Rippa! This is what she says about her hair.) But Nelly is too young for that. I guess she just wanted to experiment, and maybe she likes it, but I, and it seems most people, think that she looks a lot better with her natural color. Oh, well, to each their own.
