90210's Jennie Garth: It'll Be "a Hoot" Working With Jason Again

"I'm happy that he's there. Jason directed a couple of episodes of the original show, and he was great," she told Usmagazine.com Saturday at the fourth annual GLSEN Respect Awards in Beverly Hills. "He's a hoot, so it'll be fun!" Will Luke Perry be returning? "Well, I just talked to him on the phone on my way here, and he didn't mention coming back at all," she said. "I don't know if that's going to happen, but I would love it." See then-and-now photos of your favorite 90210 stars! At times, Garth admitted, "I feel old. It's hard because the original 90210 was the first of its kind. It was the first teen show that showed teen angst and all the drama that goes along with teens. "With this show, it's hard, because there are a lot of other teen shows out there now - they're a dime a dozen," she added. "So now it's hard to come up with fresh and exciting ideas." Look back at your favorite 90s stars! Garth told Us she isn't sure if she'll stick around for the second season. "I'm just trying to get through episode 10!" she said. The show "is going well," she went on. "If the story writing is good, if people like it and people want it, then that's what I'll do." Love her and Jason and she is totally right about teen shows being a dime a dozen these days! The original 90210 will always be the best because it was in the 90's. I pretty much dislike television since.

Jennie you have to stay on this show!! I love the intertwining of the old cast memebers. If they don't keep the original cast, then this show is going to go downhill fast!! They need to get more of the originals back!!

It's great Jennie Garth is excited about working with Jason Priestly again! And, we'll see what happens with Luke Perry and Jennie staying longer? Also, it'd be great for Prince Charles to come on Doctor Who in 2010, I hope that all works out?

Oh come on. She's cute like that. If you ever get the chance to watch "What I Like About You" with her and Amanda Bynes it's hilarious. And Jennie Garth's character would totally say something cheesy like "hoot" because she is so adorable.
