Alyson Hannigan: I'm Definitely Not Naming My Baby Zuma!

 Barry King/WireImage.com Pregnant Alyson Hannigan can't wait to find out the sex of her baby. "I'm not very patient, and it's hard to wait!" the How I Met Your Mother star, 34, told Usmagazine.com at the 15th Annual Lint Roller Party in Hollywood Thursday. "I'm excited, very excited!" she added. She's already gotten started on setting up the nursery, even though the baby isn't due until spring. "Well, you know, I've been very fortunate because people are already sending things so they're doing the job for me!" she said. On the mom-to-be's list: an organic sling, plus, "Pea in the Pod sent me my first maternity top!" Perfect, she says, to hide her bump. "Right now, I'm just wearing an empire waist - anything to disguise the little tummy," Hannigan said. See the unusual ways stars hide their bumps. So is she considering a classic name, or something unusual, like Gwen Stefani's son, Zuma? "I don't know yet, but definitely not Zuma!" Hannigan told Us. "That is taken!" The comment on hiding the little bump was taken out of context. She was asked about her show and what they are doing with the pregnancy. The "partial" quote was about the clothes on the show. I was there, I know for a fact.

for everyone attacking her about wanting to hide her little tummy: there is nothing wrong with that. Now a big pregnant belly is of course beautiful, but she isn't even far enough along yet to know the sex so that means she just has a belly that looks like she ate a little too much at Thanksgiving dinner, not exactly cute! If she wanted to really hide the fact that she was pregnant she wouldn't have publivly announced it so soon and she and her husband wouldn't take pictures like this with his hand on her belly! So don't act like she's ungrateful or embarressed about this pregnancy, because she is clearly overjoyed!

5:24pm - i can't believe you'd say something like that!!! i started my nursery around 5 months and now have a perfectly healthy 14 month old. how uneducated to hold so much in an old wives tale curse! if you've had the unfortunate feeling of a loss please don't use the nursery as an excuse! life happens! congrats to alyson and alexis! this will be a beautiful baby!!!

I don't think that is selfish of her to want to disguise the tummy at all. I was very excited to have my two kids, and very proud to be pregnant, but I would have loved to do it all with a flat tummy too! No matter what celebrities do, someone out there is will always have to criticize them for their choices. Congratulations to her and her husband, and I hope they have a beautiful, healthy baby.

rrrr congrats but no need to pick on the lil guy zuma i think he's beautiful and it siuts him like kingston suits him i think you sometimes do have to see a baby before naming it but what counts is it is happy healthy and loved good luck guys x

5:24, you must not have kids. 'Cause believe me, by the time you're 7 or 8 months pregnant, the last thing you want to be doing is painting, putting up wallpaper, setting up a crib and changing table, etc. You just want to sit on your behind and rest until that little one arrives! Besides, most miscarriages occur in the first 6-8 weeks of pregnancy, and most of the time, the woman didn't know she was pregnant to begin with, so it's pretty unlikely Alyson will have complications with that at this point. Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy, Alyson!

I hate these celebs who want to "hide" their bump. I would LOVE to be pregnant right now and would be so willing to show off my bump. I would be proud to be pregnant. And she is setting herself up for a curse. Old wives tale (yes it's an OLD WIVES TALE) but setting up your nursery is like setting yourself up for heartache. She could possibly lose her baby in between now and birth. If I were her, I would definitely have waited until about 7 or 8 months to begin on a nursery.
