Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil is back behind bars.

He has allegedly tested positive for drugs, breaking one of his bail conditions. UK's The Sun also reports that he ran away from his UK rehab facility Tuesday night to visit his estranged wife, who is being hospitalized in London.

Now, Fielder-Civil could stay behind bars until 2010.

He was sentenced to prison this year for beating up a North London pub owner.

He checked into rehab a month ago as part of his early release from jail.

He recently confessed that he was to blame for Winehouse's drug problem, introducing her to crack cocaine.

"I dragged Amy into it, and without me, there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road," Fielder-Civil told the U.K.'s News of the World. "I ruined something beautiful."

He added that he would end their marriage to stop her from killing herself.
