I consider Nancy Grace to be one of the worst Americans alive today, even worse than Casey Anthony. In my view, anyone with an understanding of the law, and more crucially, of the philosophy of the Common Law, would appreciate that you don’t form opinions without all the available evidence. To do so, of course, is foolish. Ms. Grace not only forms opinions based on incomplete media clippings and hearsay, but she does something much worse: she expresses them in a populist farce with great vehemence on CNN. This is very damaging to the community: she is teaching the public that any unschooled knee-jerk reactions, such as the desire to lynch someone who seems guilty, are legitimate. To do this is much worse than foolish: it is egregious. CNN ought to take her off the air. Her show is a hair’s breadth away from encouraging hate crimes or calling for mob violence which she actually did in the Anthony case at Casey‘s parents residence. Either she is unqualified to speak of the law, or worse, she is feigning ignorance in order to titillate the ignorant and gain ratings. A curse on her!

I am a mother, a sister and a daughter who has lost loved ones recently and from these perspectives I make my comments on this board today. You don't know the devastating pain a person has to endure when there is a loss of a loved one. But, to have the loss multiplied by three and to have the deaths happen in such a tragic way is unimaginable. My heart aches for the Hudson/King family and friends. You may not have experienced anything like this but we all will lose someone we love before we leave this planet. So let's try to show a little compassion. And if you are unable to do that then do what the old folks use to tell us "say nothing at all". Praying for all going through trying times.

I am an Obama supporter but agree that he should not have singled out Jennifer Hundson's family. Yes, they do need the prayers and sympathies of all of us, but it is wrong that he has not been so sympathetic or supportive of so many others -- of all colors -- who are suffering just as much. He should have kept it private.

What a pitiful people are we..... I mean, Americans. A beautiful, lovable person with a promising career is facing one of the most devastating tragedies one will ever experience in life, yet we have chosen to minimize her grief and pain by focusing on the most historically significant political event since the creation of earth. Some of you wonder what God thinks about this. Well, if you know Him, you don't have to wonder, and if you don't, I suggest you take the time to learn about Him. He is all about Love and it is His love that will sustain Jennifer and Julia and the rest of the Hudson/King families. Grief such as this family is experiencing deserves genuine consolation regardless of its source. I am sure that they are not "screening" condolences based on the status of the person offering it. Breathless...I couldnt agree with you more...When i first found out this morning that that poor little boy was found and what the animal who took him did...I couldnt believe my ears - i litterally wanted to sit in a coner and weep...My heart aches for him and all the innocent children who are abused and sometimes killed so ferociously. I'm not a parent yet but I have a neice and nephew - ages 4 and 5...I cant even imagine life without those two! And you're right...the death penalty is far too good a punishment for the animal(s) who did this.

And the election...like i said before it has nothing to do with this horrid act of hate towards the Hudson family and therefore has no place to even be mentioned here...

I know that the angels are crying in heaven for the loss of life that occurred that dreaded Friday. The lunacy of whoever could do something like this and to shoot the little boy so many times I don't understand. I can't even phantom a reason that could validate even a crazy person doing this. Jennifer, I want to send out my deepest condolences and respect. To your sister and to you! There is no reason why this should've happen and none that I can send out to you. My prayers go out to you and your sister and your whole family. I pray for the person, that could do something like this. I pray that God will guard my heart because I only want them or that person to hurt over and over again. The death penalty is too good for this person or persons. I pray that the authorities find him or them and that they are punished to the highest ability of our judicial system.

What kind of worl is this??!!this poor baby boy is not the only child to be murdered. Last night (ALONE) in the NY news 4 or 5 other babies were reported murdered. A 2 month old up to an 11 year olf girl, who's mom and step dad (of the week) beat her to death. Not even the first assault, but she was left to die. No one wanted to get involved and the state was..I don't know...too busy or something. Whatever. Whole lot of people need to be punished. BY THE WAY..FYI, look into the safe haven laws in your state. Seriously, you cant handle being a mom/dad, DO NOT KILL the innocent child! I don't understand. Almost all-if not all have a safe haven policy. And if the child is older..Find someone to help. Find someone who will hear you struggle and get help!!!

I agree that it's SO SAD that this family is going through such an emotional experience, and becuase people are filled with so much HATE they are using this tragedy to belittle Obama. This man has done nothing to you. Why cant you just feel for what this family is going through and accept that regardless if you agree with Obama's views are not, he's still a Good person. Would you feel the same if McCain expressed his condolences? I wouldn't. And the fact that he didn't doesn't make me think any less of him. Days and years after the election is gone and over with, this family will still have to deal with this tragedy and this is what we should be commenting on.
