VIDEO: Billy Ray Cyrus Joins Miley and Mandy in Latest YouTube Video

In a new clip posted on YouTube, teen queen Miley Cyrus and pal Mandy Jiroux turn the tables for an informal interview with dad Billy Ray, sister Noah and two of their family dogs (Watch above). "I don't want to look like I'm exploiting my artistic abilities -- or lack thereof," Billy Ray says before singing a song from his latest album. See photos of Miley Cyrus' A-list fans. At the end of the 7-minute video, Miley and Mandy present Noah and Billy Ray with two gifts for participating, apparently from their own home.
