Britney Spears' SUV Involved in Fender Bender

 Bruce Glikas / Film Magic Britney Spears was involved in another car accident with a photographer on Wednesday, just hours after her criminal lawyer rejected a final plea bargain in her driving without a license case. Luckily, Britney was not behind the wheel on Wednesday afternoon. Her bodyguard was driving her to a vintage clothes store in Hollywood when he and a photographer’s car collided. "At appoximately 2pm, Britney was being driven in a white Escalade, when the paparazzi cut her off and one slammed into the back of her car," a clerk at the store told Usmagazine.com. "She didn't seem upset by the accident at all," he said. "She wasn't driving anyway and it wasn't bad, it was just a fender bender." Next week Britney's trial is set begin on Wednesday. Spears rejected an agreement proposed by the Los Angeles city attorney's office, in which she would have pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor, paid a $150 fine and served 12 months' probation, lawyer J. Michael Flanagan told the Los Angeles Times. He suggested Spears was receiving tougher treatment than non-celebrity defendants. She is receiving harsher punishment because of her status. I work in a courthouse and that charge of "NO DL" is generally always taken care of in one of two ways-- pay fine and cost and be done OR give person a few weeks to get proper DL and do dismissal. Thats it, never a trial or probation associated with it. They are screwing her because of who she is. If paparazzi would leave her alone, the wreck would not have occurred. Princess Di was the first casualty of their idiocy and there will be more in due time.

okay so accidents happen. atleast nobody was hurt and the brit wasn't behind the wheel. damn that would have sucked esp since it was just hours after she left court. but britney has come a long way and we can't look at this as a step back for her because it wasn't even her fault. she's doing great and i'm really excited about her new album. man oh man i loveeee that girl!!
