VIDEO: Britney: New Album Is "Lighter" Than Blackout

In a new interview (watch above), Britney Spears says there's a big difference between her upcoming album Circus (out Dec. 2) and last year's Blackout. "Circus is a little bit lighter than Blackout," says the singer. "A lot of the songs I did at that time, I was going through a really dark time so a lot of the songs reflect that. "They're two totally different vibes," she says. "This one has a lighter feel, a little bit more pop. Blackout is darker, edgier, more urban." See Britney Spears' baby photo. She also says her new single, "Womanizer," is for the ladies. It's about "a guy who is just into a bunch of different women. He can't help himself.
