This story just proves how unjust the system is... if the cards were flipped around and his friend did that to him, you would still be hearing about the "absolute tragedy" of the matter, only then, i'm quite sure of it.
You can't give him back his legs, and the free will to move, anymore; so why act like nothing is wrong, and why PRAISE the fact that he sat in jail and did "his time". That's sad, and just shows how much we're goverened by the Elitists and how they can get away with tragedies like this.

He should of had more time. While he is out free and having fun his friend is in a bed for life. Makes me sick.

I will never feel sorry for this trashy family. Most of you probably never heard those jail tapes, where Nick and Hulk actually laugh about the situation and say that John (the victim) brought it on himself and bad things happen to bad people. They said a whole bunch of disgusting cr@p and that's what make me HATE the Hogan family. People want to say how we don't know the true story, well, listen to those tapes, and it'll give you an inside look on how they truly feel. You don't say those things unless you mean it and you're thinking about it, so the fact that they were even thinking of those horrible things, means they mean it! Try to grasp the concept! He faked his remorse in the court room that day and because of that, the judge gave him a lesser sentence, and come to find out, those tears were nothing but fake, because he said some horrible things on those tapes. The Hogan family will be nothing but trash, and trash trying to look for a quick buck. Yeah, lets not forget how Nick was more wrapped up in doing a reality show with him when he got out of jail. Brooke is ignorant anyways. The way she talks and tries to sound smart is just ridiculous. From the way it looks, John will never walk again and he'll never wake up again from his coma. I've seen video of this guy and it just pains me to see him. He has be taken out of bed every day to prevent sores forming on his body, he has to get sponge baths, help to be fed, he's suffering partial brain damage and will probably never talk again, but he has to ACTUALLY wake up first, and it's not likely. So sad that people want to side with Nick on this one.

Those two are pretty darn ugly. If Nick was black and poor he would be serving life. I hate the justice system it caters to the rich idiots.

I use too admire Hulk Hogan, but once they put their lives on the spot, and showed their true colors, they are just "Right out trashy" the whole family, Mom, a tramp after 50 the daughter a tramp in the making, the son an alcoholic in the firs stages without any remores for what damages he has done to a family, and he was supposed too be John's friend, imagine if they were enemies?????

Many people get out early on charges like this because of good behavior...people who are not celebrities get out early for good behavior...at least he served time...

To all the haters...don't judge until you know..Brooke is allowed to blog on her website if she wants...and she misses her brother..I can't imagine my brother being in jail and not being able to see him...I see my brother maybe once a month as it is..and that is hard enough...and I can't imagine the pain and guilt he feels for having done this to his best friend...I know a guy who was drunk one night with his buddy and rolled his truck..he walked out fine, his buddy was paralized for months and still has to walk with a cane....and I know the guilt my friend feels about it...he does everything for this guy..and he should....so don't judge people because they did something stupid..or are a celebrity..

I hope Nick learned and that his friend gets better..but I know that their family will do everything they can to help him...

So, stop the hating...do you guys have nothing better to do?

Hi Brooke, It is so nice to hear Your brother Nick is getting out. He paid his time. I just hope his friend comes out of his prison as well. Here's to brothers and how they impact our lives.

Brooke, your irresponsible brother is lucky he only served a few months in prison. He gets to live his life and his passenger will never have a normal life again. Maybe both of you should try entering something we call the real world.
