Anony243 - I agree with you...how can all these people hate on someone taking advantage of a GREAT situation...if i were her...i wouldn't giva about what people had to say...the fact that everyone is on here bashing and watching the show proves to me that she has acomplished what she set out for...i can honestly say that i would have done it exactly the same...why not capitalize on something great...if you ask me...its just a bunch of HATERS....

I think the show is written well for its targeted group of viewers. I really like what they have been ab;e to do with their advertisers.

She is the problem! She has NO right to tell her friends how to live their lives. She always wants to be in control. The girl has had problems with EVERYONE! I used to like her, but shes just a spoiled needy brat!

umm...i have to agree with Dave on this one...Lauren is sorta like the one who can make all these problems go away but isnt doing much about it...as for her and Brody...yeah...they should just stop playing and get on with it...but i like the fact that Lauren is dating and doing something for herself for once...lets see what Brody does now that his #1 girl has stepped away...that would be such good reality tv...but of course we're not gonna get tha...as for Audrina, well................

Lauren's better off without Brody or any other of the guys featured on "The Hills." It's not a real representation of reality and it seems like all these guys have ulterior motives. It's smart of her to date a guy whose also on tv, but has no desire to appear on the show. Brody's cute, but he, Frankie, Doug, Spencer, and all those other guys all the girls have had dates with, are just looking to get on tv. Their motivations aren't pure and while it's fine enough to be friends with them, at least during the show's filming, I wouldn't suggest any of the girls from the show seriously consider dating any of them. Not that it's at all the same, but an extreme example of people trying to get famous by hanging on the coattails of someone else who is famous would be Britney Spears being exploited by that Sam "Osama" Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib, and Alli Sims. People may seem like fun or like they're you're friends, but when you're famous, you really have to be careful that these people are in your life for the right reasons. Brody has a new "girlfriend" every other week that he's in love with, so Lauren is better off with him as a pal, nothing more. Besides, Kyle Howard's a cutie. He was in "Orange County" with Jack Black and Colin Hanks.

Yeah..that would be some beautiful kids - Brody needs to hurry up and sow all those wild oates and then marry Lauren.
