The person who said the comment about living in the past, you need to be educated. As Marcus Garvey said," A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots." I don't think that this is a quote that you could ever understand. Go read about race relations please! You seemed to not be informed about the truth of america. America has come along, but it is people like you that make America stay in the same ignorant frame of mind. If it wasn't for people like Martin Luther King standing up for blacks and trying for a change then a lot of rights for blacks would not have been accomplished. So don't say that the past has nothing to do with today society. It is how we deal with the past that makes us have a better future for all of our children. Change has come!!!!!!!!

I so agree. Elizabeth is a snotnose whiny crybaby who needs to move on. Doesn't anything realize that everyone who has left the show is because of Elizabeth. Hello see the problem there? It's Elizabeth. I would of rather her leave and get another young person to fill her spot. I don't even watch the show anymore, unless I know it is her dayoff, or when she was on maternity leave. I even e-mailed the View to tell them my thoughts.

While reading the many comments, it is evident that most of you are white women. It just amazes me how CLUELESS you (white women) are. Sarah Palin is a JOKE. John McCain used the fact that she is a woman thinking that he would get Hillary Clinton supporters to back him. The sad part about it, Palin is too 'dumb' to realize it. After reading this blog, so are many of you. All you (white women) are good for is seeking out rich men and pushing out babies.

Everyone should have a right to their opinion, not according to Elisabeth. If anyone's opinions differs from hers she begins to argue, not discuss, argue. She would support satan if he were the Republican candidate. She has been argueing for George W. Bush throughout his entire 2 terms. Never admitting that a Republican has made a poor choice. That is what bothers me about her and why I don't watch the show at all now. She is very unrealistic and that gets on my nerves!

People overseas like me are waiting to see if America is a nation that lives up to the true meaning of its creed or is it the same old red neck America that will never change and will forever be a target because the people in it or ignorant and instead of getting knowledge for self and forming your own opionions about people in this election you rely on Fox and CNN, no wonder the kids are lacking behind,,,hell the whole damn nation over there is falling behind.
