Ellen is one of the most horrible people in Hollywood behind the scenes of her show. I have friends who have worked for her who referred to her as Aldolof. She was such a dictator and was mean and ungrateful. She would have no problem screaming at you and verbally abusing you. She ALWAYS got away with it. One of my friends up and left and would never NEVER go back. She has told me that Ellen has her bases so covered that even with the abuse there is nothing people can do. Money = power in America. Shameful isn't it. I feel bad for people who like her. I guess people had to like Hitler so he could succeed also.
My friend also said Portia has a wondering EYE, and it is NOT only towards the girls! I LOVE IT! Ellen is a louse and I hope Portia does pursue her latest in house crush!

Its great to see Ellen doing something different. It goes to show dont be afraid to try anything once. Although its sad to hear how UGLY people can be quick to judge. Why covergirl?? She is SOOOOOOO NOT easy on the eyes! PUKE! I don't know how Portia does it???? I just look at Ellen and think "wow, she is hideous". Not "easy breezy beautiful"!! No makeup will help that.

It's nice to see a make-up company using someone that your average woman can relate to instead of some 12 year old stick thin air head. Ellen is a very pretty woman. She has beautiful eyes.
