Ka-ching!

Hugh Laurie is getting a raise.

The House star, 49, is expected to earn $400,000 an episode -- or more than $9 million a year -- according to the Hollywood Reporter.

He started with a mid-five-figure salary in 2004 before earning 250,000-$300,000 an episode in the summer of 2006.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation leading man William Petersen, who is leaving the show, currently tops the list of the highest paid actors on a drama series, earning $600,000 per episode. 24's Kiefer Sutherland nets close to $500,000. (Both serve as executive producers on their series.)
