Really now, if you were in the position that the "Girls Next Door" were wouldn't they be crazy doing what they did?? In their situation if they didn't bank into the profit of the show now that would have be crazy!!! It gave them fame and opened many doors that they may not have been able to do so on their own. Really I don't feel as she was sneaking solace in the arms of another man, I don't see a problem with that as her relationship with was not monogomist with Hef. If he can date three plus women at a time then there should be no reson for any of the girls to have to stand up to and to step out a bit on their own with a relationship, for as we all know how many others were there for him and Holly was his #1 girlfriend. So if Kendra wanted to step out a bit, Well, GOOD FOR HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now she has enough money if she wanted to tell everyone to kiss her butt, although I think this show has helped her to grow up quicker and to do so in the public eye, certainly that couldn''t have been easy or fun. Of all things Hef did for her was to realize her potential and to go for the brass ring in life. Kudos to her and now she will possibly be settling the Philly Burbs with one of our EAGLES, maybe she will bring us some luck, as that team needs some luck (w/o McNabb and maybe a new head coach)

I am sad I think the Girls next door were great and so is HEF.. um to all those who think Hef is old and crazy.. He didn't come this far being Old and CRAZY lol.. He knows what he is doing and for all those doubters out there you can tell that him and HOlly honestly did love one another. However, Holly did want a child- I do not know the whole story but I am sad.. But another thing marriage in the cards- Hef might need to divorce is other wife of many years before marriage lol.. I love the show but I am not going to like the new girls ecspecially those new 18 yr old twins UGHHHH don't know what they think they got or have because they are not suitable for PLAYBOY or the show....

I think that it was pretty wrong of Holly to leave Hef. I can understand that Holly wants a family but she should have known from the very beginning that if you get into a sexual relationship with an 80 somethin' year old man, children are pretty much out of the question. Besides, natural conception isn't the only way to have a family with the man that you love. Many couples adopt children or have a surrogate mother. Just because you can't get you pregnant by your husband/boyfriend, you shouldn't throw the whole relationship away. If that was the case, the population of the world would be half of what it is now. It's just not fair for Hef.

People wish to blame Holly, but I believe she truly loves him. And maybe when he says "marriage and kids aren't in the cards" maybe that includes adopted children as well. And as a woman in her '20s she can't expect him to want to start over with a whole new family in his '80s. Sure, some people have been known to do it, but that obviously would not be an appealing option for everyone.

I have to wonder how upfront he was about his intentions, though. That's the only thing that bothers me. It would be one thing if he's been clear since day one that he's not interested in a family, but it's another thing entirely if he's been dinking around the issue and leading her to believe it's all very possible sometime in the future. That would be leading her on, and that wouldn't be right.

I think Holly is great, beautiful, & very smart. I would love to see her with someone a little closer in age to her.

Does anyone else think that now that Holly can't have an heir to the Playboy fortune that she's decided to cut her losses? I hate to be vulgar about it, but really, the guy is 54 years older than her. He could be her grandfather. I can't help but thinking that, while she may have loved him, that she was never "in love" with him, and money was keeping them together, and the hope that one day she'd have the run of the mansion and the magazine because she was his wife and she had heirs to his fortune. Were they kidding themselves? I can't imagine 82 year old sperm would still be good.

I keep thinking about the movie "Big Daddy" and the part about old balls every time I see an article about this guy....

Hef is a wonderful gentleman, and he truly LOVES women. For him to say that Holly is the love of his life and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her makes me so sad. Holly does deserve to move on and get what she wants from life, but I know what she wanted was Hef's love, marriage and a child. I feel badly for both of them.
