NO ONE IS BLAMING THE ACCIDENT ON JUST NICK ALONE, PEOPLE ARE POINTING THE FINGER AT NICK FOR THE MONSTER THINGS HE HAD SAID AFTERWARDS, ALONG WITH HIS OWN MOTHER AND FATHER. WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND?

There were extensive jail tapes that were released, and the things this spoiled little brat, along with his mother and father, said were absolutely disgusting. Go listen to the tapes and hear the things they said. This family had and still has NO remorse for what their son did. The Hogan family decided to play the victim themselves. Linda Hogan saying, people should feel sorry for Nick, not John, booooo hooooo. Hulk Hogan saying karma's a b*tch. Nick Hogan saying bad things happen to bad people, and coutless other filthy things they've said.....and lets not forget him wanting a reality show while in jail, that's the last thing you're going to think about when reflecting on what has happened. People are missing the complete picture. Nick has been ticketed before for speeding and racing on the roads, but he still decided to have the need for speed and race on a road. Yes, Hulk, take away Nick's Sidekick, that should teach him a lesson.

I have no compassion for Nick and I have no compassion for the other members of the Hogan family. The proper thing for this family to do is GO AWAY and not say another single word. They should just vanish and stop getting all this publicity.

I don't understand why everyone Is Bashing on Nick like its all his I mean Think about it is as much john fault as it is nick someone had to by the beers that they had and hmmm..nicks is only 18 so guess who bought them yeah john so hey sucks that hes a veggie for the rest of his life but he brought it on himself. Nick has to deal with what he did for the rest of his life. I doubt his friend was telling him to slow down when they went joyriding together. Things happen in life and you have to make the best of it. At the time of the accident I had a family member being cared for in the same hospital as his friend. I saw the whole Hogan family there everyday for several months.

This kid is a turd. He got off easy. He did not have to serve his full sentence. Story is he is back to underage drinking with his manly sister down in Florida. He sure learned his lesson!

This kid had no chance. His own parents drag race on public streets and brag about how fun it is. Now they have a jailbird as a son. LOSERS!

Oh Boo Hoo. The boy has changed? We'll see if he's really changed after a year or so. He's still young and trashy with lots of pop's money so we'll see.

i know that everyone makes mistakes even as bad as this one. but this kid is famous so of course people wanna see him be stripped of life and all it offers (that daddies empire built) if it werent a celeb. we wouldnt be trippin. but it is and poor john g. this is how he became famous.

Guess what? I've never driven 100 mph on a public road like Nick. Driving 30 in a 25 isn't reckless driving and can no way be compared to they way in which Nick drove on public streets.

If you think that your children don't do things behind your back your crazy! Even if you come from the best home and you are taught the right values you still make mistakes. Yes, he should not of been driving that fast and yes, he should of been punished but not forever. If you have never made a mistake go ahead and cast the first stone. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I think that your freaking glass house is growing bigger by the second. Just because you make a mistake doesn't mean that your a bad person it just means you made a mistake. That's what kids do...and please tell me you have never sped in your life. I have personally met Hulk and he is actually VERY down to earth and seems like a great guy and dad. If your lives are so perfect that you need to put others down to make your self feel better go ahead your only hurting your selves in the end.

Wow, I am amazed how hateful people can be...as a parent of three, I am reminded daily how precious life is...and how absolutely horrific it would be to have a child hurt in an accident, or to have that child be the cause of an accident.
Unfortunately, we all are going to make mistakes...some huge. Only parents can understand the connection to their children, and how excrutiating it is to see them hurt in any way. Imagine what Nick will have to live with the rest of his life.
Yes, he made a HUGE mistake, and the life of someone very special will forever be changed...but this is not something he did with the intention of hurting his best friend. We all do things that are very, very stupid...and many of us are spared from it being something horrific. How many of us have been in a vehicle...going way too fast...or driving way too recklessly...only thinking how much fun we're having. How many times could the wreck with Nick and John been any one of us.
People need to quit hating so much...and especially judging so much...it could be you some day...only it probably wouldn't be in every source of media known to man. It just makes me very sad to see how much hateful venom people spew out...especially when not one single one of us knows any of them personally. With this election, people keep talking about "change"...obviously we all have a lot of work to do within ourselves if that will EVER be possible!! Too much hate!

We'll see what kind of a better man he is by his actions in the coming weeks/months. If he seeks his "reality show" like he was talking about on the phone calls while in jail then he is still one of the biggest scums on the earth and he hasn't learned anything. Me personally I think the entire family are pond scum skanks and could care less what any of them do................
