I guess I don't understand all of the negativity. First, when Bush was elected twice as a Republican there was never all the negativity from the Democrats we supported our president. Why is that an African American is elected that there seems to be a racial divide. It's a shame that we are suppose be the Nation that preaches equality but as long as it's not in our backyard. The world is watching to see how Americans react and behave with the election of the new president. We talk about tolerance, equality, we're a nation that opens its doors to world to become an American and understand about Democracy along with that is freedom of religion, speech free to marry whom you choose. Yet freedom when the truth is told we are a bunch of hypocrites..he hasn't taken his Oath of Office and you're dissecting him. Give the man a chance, and remember the economy and our foreign relation was already screwed up before he won the presidential election. We have children and it's really dishearting to hear such crap that's coming out of the school system by teachers and substitues who are suppose to be teaching not pushing his or her own views or beliefs " 1. one question was asked if Mr Obama was African American the answer that was given by a sub was astounding no he's "Muslim" what!! 2. Another instance in another school system in Texas a high school student was suspended why? He was text messaging his friends say get a Christmas ornanment of Barack Obama and put on your tree then you can hang him yourself. We preach racial tolerance to other countries but we don't practice in our own. We need to clean up own our back yard before there won't be an American to clean up or call our own.
