Janet Jackson Released From Hospital

Janet Jackson was been released from Montreal's Royal Victoria Hospital after a two-hour stay on Monday night, a hospital spokesperson told Canada's CBC News.

The singer, 42, was due to perform in Montreal Monday but canceled the gig after she "got suddenly ill" during her sound check and had to be rushed to the hospital just before show time.

She hopes to reschedule the show.

Jackson was also hospitalized in L.A. in March after a bout with the flu.

I had such respect for Janet she seemed the only "sane" one of the Jacksons and she was always so "ladylike, sweet, pure" an example to emulate of how a woman should comport herself. But, when she started all this display of her flesh as time went on more and more pushing the envelope until the infamous "Nipplegate" incident, she lost a LOT of fans. She should have kept her true self in the closet. Then to add insult to injury she actually said that it was "unplanned...he just did it as impulse..." get serious. It just so happens that she had a "fixed" costume that rips apart, a boobie ring all designed and set up for exposure and SHE is "surprised"? To her former fans she showed her true colors that she decieved and lied to us bc under that "quiet voice, coy glances..." she is just like all the other HW wannabes selling their wares for publicity and the almighty Dollar. Since then I can't see her without picturing that humiliating moment in her life and the moment I lost total respect for her. A respect she will never be able to get back from her former fans. I wish her the best... but we are outta here~

Apparently now saying it was "exhaustion" um, think that is just a roundabout way of saying that Janet is partying too much!! Something is weird about this story. Another show was cancelled last week due to "production problems". Janet is not the star she once was and is likely drowning her sorrows!
