I don´t see the point of the Jen-Brad-Angelina comparison. All of them are gorgeous and successful. Jen makes more money, that´s true. But that´s good for her, not a bad thing for Brad and Angelina. If she marries John Mayer and she loves him, great, but I think she´s so fu**ing hot that it would be nice to see her marrying to an older and more powerfull version of Ryan Reynolds. That would be crazy hot!!!

Obviously, Jen's movie is a general patronage movie, while Brad's is a serious one. Why compare?

Bull***t, not only kids wanted to see Marley & Me, I went to see it opening day and there was a lot of couples, adult families, hardly any kids. Kids were taken to see that cartoon movie. Marley & Me was a romantic comedy it was not for kids. It was a great movie, and The Curious Case of Benjamin button was good as well, but I dont know about it being up for nominations, it was NOT spectacular acting. Its basically brad trying to get with someone and driving his motorcycle while aging downwards. Both movies are good in their own genre. People stop the stupid hate already and stop making excuses for the box office success that Jen's movie made.

John Mayer looks better in pictures which isn't saying much. I saw him at Tao in Vegas in person last year. He had the VIP table right by the stage right in front of where me and my girls were dancing. He's not the least bit cute. If he were just some random guy, you wouldn't take a second look LOL As for the Curious Case of Benjamin Button, I've heard nothing but good things about it. I agree with a couple of posts that Marley and Me had more people watching it because of the appeal factor to kids. As far as the critics are concerned, Brad Pitt's movie has better reviews and critics predict that the movie will get some Oscar nominations.

That's not to say that people who go to see M&M or Adam's movie are not serious.But let's face it.The TRUE STARS of those movies are the dog and the hampster!Brad got his Golden Globe nomination on his work(so did Angie!!!).

Most of the people go to movies for entertainment. I work hard for my money and my time is valuable. I prefer Jennifer Aniston movie, Marley and Me because it isfunny, light and entertaining. It helps me relax and forget about the serious matters for a while.
I do not watch Angelina Jolie movie because I see enough action and sex films on TV.
I used to like Brad moview but lately his choice of movies does not appeal to me. I like his old films like Joe Black, Legend of the Falls, and Fight club.
