Jessica Alba, wearing only a Hannibal Lecter-type mask called “The Muzzler,” appeared in her second ad for the Declare Yourself campaign. The ad urges potential voters to register for the November 4 presidential election.
The campaign is aimed at energizing young adults to participate in the 2008 election.

The non-partisan group recently gained national media attention with another photo of Alba showing the actress silenced, and struggling against dramatic bindings. Both images were shot by renowned photographer Mark Liddell.
The initiative’s recent fundraiser at LA’s The Green Door attracted celebrities such as Hayden Pannettiere, The Cheetah Girls' Adrienne Bailon, Emily Van Camp and Heroes star Zach Quinto
“I’m also here to support that our country needs to wake up and take responsibility for where it’s headed and vote for Barack Obama.” Quinto told Usmagazine.com at the event.

Bailon said: “Cheetah Girls are all about empowerment and it’s so important to get out there and vote. I am registered to vote.”
Alba and her husband Cash Warren took their four-month-old daughter Honor Marie to the Democratic Convention in Denver, Colorado.
