Jessica Simpson couldn't be happier about her sister's new baby, Bronx Mowgli.
"Bronx is beyond precious," Jessica, 28, tells Usmagazine.com in a statement. "I'm over the moon with joy. Life is a beautiful miracle.
Adds Jessica: "Ashlee and Pete are healthy, happy and enjoying every moment."

Bronx Mowgli Wentz - who weighs in at 7 lbs, 11 oz, and is 20.5 inches long - was born late Thursday night.

"Proud new parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz welcomed new son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, late this evening," a rep for the couple told Us Friday morning. "[They] thank everyone for their well wishes!"

Jessica told Ellen DeGeneres Wednesday that Ashlee, 24, was doing everything to induce labor.

"Different foot massages and stuff," Jessica said. "I don't know. I think she's really just jumping around trying everything right now."
