If you're offended for your Promise Ring, i'm sure Russell was just kidding, and that if you are proud to have your ring, it shouldn't matter. If you're offended FOR the Jonas Brothers, you shouldn't be because even though it was offensive, The Jonas Brothers laughed it off, and said no harm done. The only thing i think you should really be offended for is the comment Jordin Sparks made. You are not a slut if you don't have a promise ring, or if you'd already have sex. I also think that she was trying to say a good point, but it came out the wrong way. I think people need to stop over reacting. Russell Brand is a comedian. The Jonas Brothers did not get upset so people need to stop pushing the issue. Jordan Sparks has a right to disagree but how she expressed herself was no less out of line than what Brand said. Whether it is religious or not everyone is given the will on whether they want to have sex or not. Having sex does not make you a slut. He was joking so get over it.

People get over yourselves russel brand is a comic, he is funny and he did a fantastic job i have watched vma's for at least 15 years and to tell you the truth it was the funniest one to date.
