Kanye West Arrested

 Joe Kohen/WireImage.com Kanye West has been arrested for felony vandalism at L.A.'s LAX Airport, according to TMZ.com A still photographer was trying to take photos of the rapper at the American Airlines terminal Thursday morning when he confronted the photographer and smashed his camera to the ground, the site reports. Check out unforgettable celebrity mug shots. When a TMZ photographer then began videotaping the scene, West's assistant grabbed the camera and a struggle ensued, according to TMZ. The assistant, who also arrested, then threw the video camera to the ground, breaking it. TMZ reports that when West realized the photographer had videotaped the incident, he yelled, "Gimme that f----g tape!" West's rep has no comment. You people need to know get your background facts straight before you guys start judging other people! Kanye West acts the way that he acts now because of the way that he was raised as a child. He was raised by his mother, no father, since the age of 3 years old because his parents divorced; and with a mother raising you, you start to act/pick up traits from women, no disrespect to women and no disrespect to Dr. Donda West, and thats what happened to Kanye. Kanye can't help it but have "sissy fits" when he gets angry, plus after awhile it would get very frustrating having to get stopped by the media because they want to take pictures of you and they are all in front of your face, and in your bubble. So people before you judge someone, walk a mile in their shoes!!!!!!!!

Oh, you can definitely tell that a large percentage of you that have made comments are very racist. I do not agree at all with Kanye and his assistant smashing the cameras of photographers. It's dead wrong. However, a lot of you keep referring to him as "racist black guy" and making other racial undertones. All those comments show racism as far as I'm concerned. I hope you all had the same comments for Avril Lavigne when she spits on the papparzzi or the time when Britney Spears decided to take all her frustrations out on a photographer’s Ford Explorer. What about Bjork beating up a reporter at Bangkok airport back in 1996, and she had another bout of air rage earlier this year when she launched herself at a snapper in a New Zealand airport. And lets not forget Sean Penn - he's the all time worst (or was).

Okay first of all yes, Celebrities take the risk of having their picture taken and yes this is a price they pay for being famous. However, the paps also take the risk of having someone get pissed off and knock the Sh*it out of them or break a camera because they dont want their picture taken that is also a price that they have to pay. . This guy is actually lucky that his camera was the only thing that got broken. Sadly due to poor legislation California Law does not protect the privacy of celebrities or anyone for that matter. This leaves people to have to fend for themselves and protect their own GOD given rights. Maybe if more incidents like this occur our lazy government will do something to change it. It is very easy to say what you would do in a situation that you have actually never been in. Kanye will be booked, leave the police station go directly back to LAX and be in Honolulu before most of you have even stopped talking about this mornings incident. Nothing like free publicity. He will still be rich. He will still be able to do pretty much whatever he wants. He will still be rich, and you all will still complain from behind your computers. Did I say he'll still be rich?? Good, because when it comes to justice we all know thats really all that matters!!!!! HA HA HA HA HA!!!! FREE KANYE!!!! Laughing stock or not, he still has more money and is more successful that all of you!!!!!!
