To the person above that said he was a disgrace to African Americans; why must Kanye West be representative of the African American race? Why can't he just be representative of himself or super-stars who tend to be materialistic and egocentric?

Ever since he was on the MTV rewards (a couple yrs back), and he said something like "I should have won, my song was better then their's" he was acting like a big oh 2 yr old on camera. Well, that right there showed me he has no RESPEST for anyone but his own self.

I can't stand Kanye and how he acts. He is no better than any other person on the street and if you do wrong than you need to pay the cons.

It was his decision to get out in the real world and become a celebrity, so he obviously chose to have the paparazzi in his face at all times.. not arguing with you just saying.

I'm glad he is not getting charged. The papps deserved it. They not only just videotape but literally STICK the camera in your face and try to MAKE You talk to them. The pappz needs to learn more effective journalistic approaches. Im sure if they were just standing around videotaping him he would not RUN over there and f*ck them up. They obviously were in his face agitating him.

He probably told authorities that they're racist if they charge him of anything. Maybe that's how he gets by with everything these days. I agree 4:54 as well!

Another punk who gets away with destroying someone elses property because he has money. He should spend some jail time to reflect or at least buy the guy a new camera. This is the profession that HE chose to go into, so he should remember that next time someone wants to take his picture.
