It is really sad and disappointing to see how ignorant people are about the natural act of breastfeeding. The World Health organization recommends breastfeeding for at least two years. The American Academy of Family Physicians states that children who are weaned before the age two are at an increased risk of illness. I don't understand why people do not take the time to research before spreading ignorance and absurdities. You can not get antibodies against disease from cow's milk or formula, these antibodies continue for as long as you breast feed. Human milk is best for humans and cow's milk is best for cows. It seems so simple. Congrats Kelly for doing what is best for your baby!

I breast feed my son, he is 8 months old.

Until you actually do it you don't know what the experiance is like. If you only did it for a couple of months/days you still don't know.

No formula is ever going to be better than breast milk, as its specially made for your child.

And my breasts still look amazing, and by breast feeding for 2 years you cut your risk of breast cancer by 50 %, so it really is the best choice.

I'm glad that I occupy your daily life; happily, I can't say the same about you. Unfortunately, no matter what I say, you will attempt to argue it. It must just be your nature.

I'm well aware of where you stand (and what you actually know), and I, too, know about things like ISP pools, etc. As you also know, if you are able to steal my IP, then others can do the same to yours and make your life just as "interesting" as you claim you can do to mine. I am 7 months pregnant and after reading all this, I have decided for sure that I am not going to breastfeed. Sounds too controversial and I just don't want my child to be perverted. Not all kids can drink whole/cow's milk; obviously not everyone can get that. Instead of either rice or soy milk, which didn't have the essential fats, my kids nursed. It was best in our situation. Our opinion, our life, not YOUR place to judge, you freaks.
