Lance Armstrong: I'm No "Sex Champion"

"I had sex if I had the energy. I wasn't one of those guys who believed in the myths about the guy losing his chi," he says in October's Men's Journal (as excerpted by the Huffington Post). "But the fact is that if you are riding your bike five, six, seven hours a day, you are not a sex champion. You're just not. You have fatigue, low testosterone and a lower libido." Grinning, he adds, "But you know, I never got any complaints." The 36-year-old cyclist — who recently split with Kate Hudson — also admits he doesn't date a lot. "I think it's hard for me, or for anyone in my position, to call someone up and say, 'Hey, can I take you on a date?'" he says. "It's never like that. I meet people casually, while hanging out with friends, so there's less pressure." He declines to open up about Hudson, saying, "I made a mistake to let the public into my relationship with Sheryl [Crow], even though it didn't feel like a mistake at the time. "It put a lot of pressure on the relationship, and I will never do it again," he adds. Armstrong has been said to have a type — his past loves, Crow, designer Tory Burch and Hudson, all have similar features. "Of course, I have a type," he tells the magazine. Lance is no favorite here in Austin. I've heard from numerous acquaintances what a jacka** he is and how rude and arrogant he is. I never understood the attraction to him in the first place. If I saw him on the street, I wouldn't give him a second glance.
