Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Timberake and Sacha Baron Cohen (as Borat!) appear in a new public service announcement to get people to vote on Tuesday.

In the clip (via MySpace Celebrity), director Steven Spielberg parodies previous PSAs and tells them to tell fans not to vote.

"You know what? I can't do it!" Harrison Ford finally tells the director. "It's not true - you want me to tell people that one vote doesn't count?!"

Says Will Smith, "I am voting because when I was growing up, my father told me if you don't vote, then you have to shut up."

Neil Patrick Harris -- who is dating David Burtka -- adds, "I vote because I fell in love, and I want it to matter."

It is the second in a series of non-partisan announcements produced by DiCaprio’s production company Appian Way.
